That's one view and truely optimistic. I'm a LTH here myself, however, I've just sold half to hedge my bet, at 1.8p ffs, will fully take up the remaining rights if it happens but will need a current SP of about 25p or 250m Mcap to get my original stake back.
Reason for selling, 15m and 19.1 aren't going to change and any time attempting is likely to be a costly failure. The main issue, lending hasn't increased from 1-2m month since Jan, it should have, cash burn is about 2-3m mth, if its more costly to process apps then what's the profit? The Bod have no reason now to be doom and gloom but they are, I dont think theres a game being played were just in a **** position / time window. What we're investing in now is an incomplete or poor business plan so it's purely down to hope value that we may still be here in 12mths.

Anyone else having a flash back to SOA1, 'it's either this or we go bust' yet here we are having survived 2 years and have 97m in the pot! SOA3 is doomed to fail and would provide little benefit if successful. We dont really need to get rid of the 15m but defer payment, surely that's in the gift of the FCA to agree. Proof in the RNS we can raise the 15m now to meet deadline, it appears now just about cash flow.

It would appear we're in dire straights, wipe out looks more likely than ever and lose lose for all concerned, considering this have you explored:
1. Ask FCA to delay £15m payment for six months, let's face it, it's not needed right now, how long will it take to pay all claimants, 6-12mths+, this can be the last 15m out the door.
2. RI, plenty of talk of trying for SoA3 but the cost and delay would wipe us out now and probably wouldn't result in much of a material change from the 19-1. You have 10-15m already, 10m in notes and I'd imagine the same from all other existing holds like me, potentially if point 1 was agreed that gives us 30m to keep the business going. If not all 19 rights are taken up could these be retained by the company and sold over the next 12mths to further keep lights on?
3. Do we need a new business model, doesn't look like we'll get 150m out the door in 12mths! In which case can you look at staff structure, size and remuneration to suit the new business?

Agreed, Weds we wont get told at the meeting its wipe out, unless theres an RNS first thing. Let's hope for some positive statements. I'm guessing we have until mid April before crunch time, unless extension agreed with FCA....or some money was found behind the sofa.
