They have to RNS the vote, probably Fri am. They can't announce in the meeting without informing the market first.

Not sure about you but when i stumble upon a potential new investment usually my first port of call is a BB, not for influance but to get a quick gauge of is it worth my time looking deeper. So what is the chat traffic like, is there interest, number of posts, what's the general sentiment. Is what's posted informative or give me a pointer to start researching. Your last two post quote past SP, now for a bit of user interaction, time yourself in checking the charts on what you say, Crl the price was stable at 80p last Sept,,,no it fell from 90 to 60p, Aug was stable but that's Aug for you traders on holiday. Sounds, not long ago 150p, yes for a 2weeks in 2020 but otherwise not since 2018.

Total agree, more what ifs than even a seven year old can ask. Worth contemplating to when considering your own strategy here. Either way a large equity raise in 12mths will only be successful if theres value and would be a massive vote of confidence, in which case in that bright future what would the company be worth.

Free kick, just a thought but the raise is going to be somewhere between £15-300m, surely they're not going to do 19-1 for just £15m, unless that's the plan and therefore low enough that most exisiting holds can take it up as essentially that would be less in value than doubling up your holding. At £300m it makes more sense for the business going forward but most holder wont have or want use the funds required therefore a significant chunk will have to come from new investors, best have them lined up in advance. My thought now is do they have to do the 19-1 in one hit?
