the use of the word 'de-risk' refers to undeveloped acreage being 'risk-on' (therefore under-priced) until surveyed / drilled and proven to have recoverable, quantifiable resources. Once proven the assets, drill by drill, help to revalue the acreage, allowing the price to be increased on both (proven) real and (therefore more likely) yet-to-be-proven resources.
