It looks like they may do the same thing again after Chikumbi-1 results. Better than waiting for a farm-out for Solo which might not materialise. The off-putting factor to farm-out partners for them may have been reliance on too many dilutions. Anyway it does show (at long last) a sensible approach from Solo......Chikumbi-1 is now no longer held back by them needing to sort themselves out. Things falling into place now....come on Tanz govt !!!

supply of shares will be narrowing now that farm-out is on the way. Zubs won't want to see their holding diluted any further. Could be reason board were paid in cash lately?.....(even if in normal circumstances you would have expected an 'issue' at time like now to get II's onboard pre-drill) we also gave Jay approval to contract the no. of shares in issue and it could be enacted .....worth keeping in mind!

many will already be aware of 'Bunge Exposes Gas Sector Rot' article in daily news which claimed that gas companies weren't paying their due taxes etc (it was full of inaccuracies and referred to 'Kili One North' as one of the three companies. Well, one of the other companies, Pan African Energy Tanzania, was a subsidiary of Orca Exploration. re. BOD salaries.....the 'increase' everyone is moaning about is possibly a result of them taking payment in cash rather than issuing shares/ 'rights' as payment as done in the past to preserve cash in the kitty during development phase. It was interesting to see Jay reinvest cash in shares recently. If any institutionals want in when things kick off, they may be buying 'rights' as not many pi's will let shares out of their mits (if they have any sense)....there will be a squeeze on supply of available traded shares in near future

have significant holdings....between them nobody's going to let the company turn to dust! They are here for Ruvuma drills. Deep pockets, cornerstone, etc, etc........the only thing holdings things up is Tanzanian govt. Short of Magufuli being dragged off in a vest with funny sleeves not much to prevent our eventual success. Brokers and Malcy say undervalued.
