Re. the 145+ IQ 'gender imbalance'... figures are based on very few people so are naturally skewed by whoever happens to be in that category at the time. And ....IQ tests were designed by men and....men are more into 'measuring things' aren't they?(cough! cough!).........

Women can be as varied as men in their IQ's and talent areas. I have the feminine perspective myself. My sister is very intellectual but silly on a practical level while I'm very technical and practical with attention to details. A general trait of the female though is telling things as they are - men might call it nit-picking/nagging but we are direct, so help add greater perspective in a business sense and we are less prone to bull-shitting on the ego front. Aminex ,Brian Hall not in charge there anymore it's Jay Bhattacherjee (Dither Bunny)....but the real problem there is the Tanzanian government not quite sure what it's doing and dragging it's heels while it becomes more and more autocratic and intolerant (recently appointed Bottom Inspectors - no kidding!!!!!)...... that should keep you people here entertained for today :-))

and whether FPSO stays out there....is the plan she stays out there hooked up to the buoy for six years? I understand she can produce so long as waves are up to 2m.....but when they are on the large side / storm blows would ship still stay out there? basically would they bring her in for particularly nasty weather?

would I be right in thinking that the FPSO does not need to 'fill up to capacity' that it is constantly being offloaded so doesn't get full?
