Hur aren't going to accept a 50% farm out at this price! They said they prefer not to dilute and agree at this price would be silly. Possibly a 'cornerstone investor'? ie. someone with deep pockets they may issue shares to, who does not want to run the company but who sees it as a good investment and provides a large chunk of cash as they come on-board.... such a person usually agrees to hold shares without selling for a period of time providing stability to the sp. Advantage is that although some shares get issued to the person, the company retains its 100% licences without 'farmout'

for goodness' sake we are not due another oil offload for another month so oil price not relevant here and we don't even sell to China!I am using my car -check! HUR is producing - check! no horsemen of Appocalypse yet - check! very silly share price - check! undervalued - check!

there could be a farm-out partner taking farm-outs in both HUR and Spark Exploration's Bader Prospect, that would make a final take over of both HUR and Spark at the same time more appealing for a larger player...and the shared use of Dr T's expertise, well data and FPSO would make economic sense

if they're lurking, must be about to make a move on Lancaster soon, otherwise securing a (farm-out partnered) rig in time to drill during the weather window of the year would be tight....or they could jointly utilise our option to borrow Spirit one then source another for second drill.....and if OGA drag heels approving Lincoln drill to September, could get a 'second go' at borrowing Spirit's rig?

we could wait for them to establish OWC at their drill and thereby get our result 'free'....

well was suspended for 'testing' or 're-entry to establish oil water contact level', estimated around 1km deep oil column believed to be one large accumulation with Lancaster but was not proven due to time and budget constraints.....yet must be high on HUR's list of priorities to prove the shared OWC level. Spark Exploration have not yet drilled Bader Prospect so don't know OWC, yet they plan to farm out / sell up by middle of this year...they must be very anxious to see us drill to bottom of Halifax!....they must want us to do it in Q2 with that rig borrowed from Spirit...so the cards aren't in their hands really and they'd jump at a deal with us if we could do the Halifax OWC re-drill......but if we did it they would not need us as they'd have the info to sell up! ....catch 22? hmmmm......

just had a look at Spark Exploration website and it's 100% owned by them, they've done 3D seismic and have CPR(done their homework) and their Bader Prospect looks good and has fracturing similar to Lancaster and could as far as I can see easily share a FPSO with our northern wells.....Aoka Mizu can serve Lancaster and some mid-way up Lancaster wells by moving it a little north...Lincoln can be developed tied to AM and later on join to a GWA FPSO.... (theory)

could they share costs on the next FPSO if it is located between acreages? but that would depend on distances involved.... probably not, but who knows!

Obviously a 'window of opportunity for a mutually advantageous merger' with HUR if Dr T can take a hint...

Another theory..... selling off our % GWA and Lincoln stake to buyer of Spirit to use the cash for Lancaster development?

Some thoughts: it seems they are looking at the data for the GWA and Lincoln 'as a whole' crunching their findings which will 'take while to process'(and then OGA may need to view the findings thereof and reassess their standpoint/demands), plus there's also the Spirit sale to consider....maybe it 'wouldn't do' to start tapping the oil to Aoka Mizu if they want to 'sell the package'....that could be a relevant consideration? Spirit may see more value in acquiring deeper information on GWA and Lincoln for 'sale' purposes( valuing themselves). Perhaps HUR not wanting to do too much with the farmed out bit until Spirit's buyer is known? Another thought is keeping Aoka Mizu free for two wells from Lancaster side instead as a way of accelerating development of the 'Lancaster story'

pumped a significant amount of mud into WW which must indicate they encountered a good fracture network and be why the well was still in cleanup when they called it a day. I don't see anything negative in the flow rate under 'still cleaning up' circumstances...if we went back later to complete cleanup WW could be a producer one day. They certainly put in a lot of sub-sea surveying for pipelines!
