thoughts.... could the situation be as follows: Spirit non-committal re. funding during sale and if were to be producing from LC would have to fund part of FPSO costs (and tie back and upgrades as prev mentioned) obviously not going to happen and HUR want all throughput to AM to be from Lancaster so as to avoid any hold-ups re. Spirit paying their share of FPSO AM.....and also HUR would want new buyer of Spirit to fund a new FPSO for GWA (no need to mollycoddle them with AM availability when we need it to prove up Lancaster!)......also Lancaster 8 location and the next producer well may need AM to move further away, so out of range of Lincoln Crestal?

Slipanchor.... it's not anything new, just terms agreed with OGA to p&a by a certain date. They are just applying for extension to that date for practical reasons re. Lincoln Crestal well gauges being able to provide useful info with next drill on Lincoln.

we get paid in US$ which get converted to GB£ in our share price, so a weak £ to $ should make up for any oil price weaknesses plus our low production costs and low debt and fresh new field should arguably put us ahead of many other companies under the circumstances

Trice is key to the ffd so needs to be kept in charge as he's the expert, so boardroom shenanigans can't realistically happen without him, even a BP person overheard at an Aberdeen conference letting slip an interest in acquiring HUR (a while ago) acknowledged his value
