the previous placings at this sort of price level , so would be happy to load up at this sp again there is no need for going lower....it's just annoying for us little folk that this farce has to be gone through especially with rig about to arrive....could do with clarity! yes insider dealing likely but it's the price you have to pay on AIM and of course nothing will be done about it but the culprit/s will be back to fully subscribe the offer imo

to BMD for the heads up....starting to understand this share now........someone with deep pockets share-wise did a very methodical sell off...those chunky sells did not look like you average spooked pi.....now we are at the level of previous placings

1) the dropping of the central licence area splits up the company assets into two areas they could flog to neighbours or other players smaller than oil majors 2) saying it's all about sandstone allows them to avoid discussing fractured basement for the foreseeable future 3)dropping central licence allowed avoidance of commitment well expense, but also increased the losses in prospective reserves in the downgrade 4) selling the 'whole shebang' as one item is no longer the idea? 5) saying it's sandstone flanks allows them to parcel up Lincoln with Lancaster to sell it on (at a low and attractive price) they can say there's no fault separating the two, and less questions asked about GWA! 6) they might be able to sell Halifax to whoever farms in with Spark Exploration 7) they have bought time to see if the expert can find merit in the FB play without the market questioning what's there 8) the banks and lenders are more comfortable with sandstone plays so more likely to lend if required for the cb's!

I'm not sure there even was a genuine leak, so many selfish people trying to get it cheap trying to stir up anxiety! DB recently said that he had no current plans to raise and that current activities were fully funded but people refused to believe him, posting 'there's a placing'....today's rns proves he was not planning a placing but of course he has to keep options open (all this idiocy may force his hand)....that's what the man said, so why are people insisting he had a placing underway when he didn't and accusing him for leaking a non-existent secret? Get this: people on the chat boards are GREEDY and will say anything to get the share price doing what they want it to...it's just a shame that there are so many gullible people believing them

I doubt they would start this as they said nothing about doing this. Surely there are strict rules to follow and half-drilling a hole surely isn't one of them? Surely there will be data gathered from the first well which will inform the second well design and that will take a little time to sift through?

There are such things as 'iceberg orders' where only the broker knows the size or the full order but he drip feeds an 'iceberg top' that is visible to others and replaces the visible part when the previous visible part gets filled, in between he places large sell orders to control the price level.......the recent look of the daily price charts (easier to see on Google sp chart) shows lots of little trades which spike down briefly then up again but without the price rising above a level of 'resistance'...at a time like now you would expect a more natural looking flow over and under the 0.25p but it's looking rather fishy with a flat resistance at 0.25p!

it could be a large order on their books that market makers are trying to fill to a specified price.....they manipulate the price down to find willing sellers? (just a guess)

on 'Weald Oilers' by MOIL re. Humber Oil and Gas dumping their RBD shares they took as payment for WN share....says thinks will take a few weeks to dump the lot .....UJO likely to benefit? not all investors there will realise what's happening but the more experienced may shift preference to UJO

......sp today was about as dead as a dodo's winkle :-(
