Cash flow on the way makes for an enabler for the other licence developments especially if we can add to that oil production from the West Newton Cadeby.......who cares if sp stays subdued for a bit I don't I'm holding tight and adding when I can!

Attraction of UJO is it chooses manageable stakes in each licence and does not take operatorship if it can help it. So not running around like EDR doing 'whack a mole' with the financing and management costs - getting spread thin.....and not like RBD betting on a takeover and then wondering what to do if it does not materialise....in such a case UJO would just carry on developing organically developing a gradual but growing stream of income and proving up it's licences.....RBD vs UJO is like tortoise and hare...you just know the RBD hare will get distracted by an acquisition opportunity and dilute! that's my take :-)

Fine....been over at HUR until Dr Trice left inexplicably (didn't like to see the expert on Fractured Basement given the push by board!), had a go in TLW day trading but thought better of it as offshore drilling very expensive and wasn't too sure of their asset quality, tried UKOG which was miserable and Swampie-trolled and realised the Gatwick gusher while it is producing, might not gush as much as hoped and Isle of Wight planning application could be very unpleasant and deleterious to the sp....however the swampies did tip me off about the spud at West Newton, which in case you ask is CONVENTIONAL!(they troll anything onshore to maintain their lifestyle) ......now very happy in UJO. HUR is flowing ok now we've been told (after a bit of a wobble where it could have gone horribly wrong) but a bit cash strapped offshore in the current economic times, so will avoid that until it gets to @3p and becomes a tempting take over target............

just thought you might like to know UJO is a good one..... just starting to take-off in sp....oil, gas, infrastructure nearby, spud due, oil flow test results due, at least 4 main large-upside licences, little debt, well-managed company, $18 cost per barrel, offshore-scaled prospects onshore uk ....but can do with more people on the bb ps. good luck with whatever's going on here

to correct, Reabold said on it's website it has around 39% interest in WN via a 59% int in Rathlin

As I understand it......Rathlin owns @60% of WN... and Reabold owns @60% of Rathlin.... which makes RBD's interest in WN @40% (or a little over)

Fairdealer, while I sympathise with your frustration about the RBD level of offer, they did make a valid point about DELT needing cash to keep the lights on while Shell takes it's time. Do not trust the large holder to make descisions as may be a Shell insider...we know he has Tory party donations management track-record and they are getting very cosy with Shell at the moment re. development of hydrogen fuel in uk ..very large amounts of money involved to develop and dependent on government goodwill re. legislation to encourage hydrogen investment/force use thereof, possibly at expense of oil and gas. This is the bigger priority for Shell at the moment, not it's farm-ins, if you guys go bust it gets your licences anyway.

not getting tied up with DELT is probably a good thing given that the large shareholder who objected to it appears to be Shell's 'inside man' and has track record for involvement in managing Tory party donations / familiarity with pathways thereof (may have conflicting interests and possible fondness for brown envelopes?)....an opinion. Too much of a 'liability'?...IMO

invested via IPGL used to be involved in Tory party donations and must be familiar with pathways thereof, govt are working with Shell (in a presumably mutually financially beneficial manner) to further Shells ambitions to be the main player in hydrogen manufacture in the uk (this is how it appears)....therefore the man cannot be ruled out as having Shell's interests foremost rather than DELT's....as can be seen in his knocking back of the offer by RBD to help DELT stay in business/ not run out of cash while it awaits activity from Shell ......he may have other conflicting interests that could outweigh his investment in DELT

is in cahoots with the government,Tory party donations mechanisms and Shell UK, working to further Shell's hydrogen manufacturing future in the UK as the main player......I know DELT got a farm out with Shell but that does not necessarily mean that Shell will support it's interests going forward or in a timely manner enough for DELT to survive the cash burn...either way Shell wins and will no doubt be funnelling cash to the Tories and any other useful parties/persons as a thank you in my opinion...you will only get development of your offshore gas assets (with or without your company's survival) if Shell thinks it needs natural gas to mix in with the hydrogen it intends to make.... Just because the man has a shareholding in DELT does not necessarily mean he has it's interests at heart as there is so much money sloshing around elsewhere around Shell's interests as well as other stakeholders

This is the UK onshore oiler with no debt that hopefully with soon be a cash cow and is already an attractive takeover prospect...............unless it farms out to Shell!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL ;-)) ................................(and I don't mean farming out to Shell means anything good whatsoever re UJO!... but it could bring those companies recently 'shafted by Shell' into alliance/consolidation with the little cash cow )

thanks anyway always useful to know what Shell are up to.....and our wells will have 'carbon capture and storage' use when depleted as in the area....all adds value to the company
