Mouse, update.....RBD's West Newton well came in very good indeed, potentially looking like largest onshore uk hydrocarbon discovery since Wytch Farm in the 70's????? Share price still at bargain levels while we await Humber Oil to finish off it's 'distressed selling'.......they'll probably be finished by new year. Merry Mousemas and a Crackers New Year!

re. sp over last 6 to 12 months the highest sp has been around/just under 0.8p......given that a farm out may be due soon, don't people think that this could be a bit on the low side if the price of farm out share was pegged at highest price over 6m /12m? could it be why sp being held down each time it moves up a bit? and would we agree to a farm out at such a low level?

has been a bit weird the way it trends back to 0.41p when you would expect it to wander around more with number of trades and general nearing td there must be something going on keeping it there .....any thoughts?

I could easily see WNA-2 being developed as an oil site and WNB-1 and WNB-2 being developed with gas infrastructure...it could save costs.....first for now we need to check its all connected between the two sites

the WNB-2Z well will intersect and confirm the extent of the oil pool already found in the Kirkham Abbey. Quantifying the gas and oil so we can book it...that's the real value of this current drill

Apart from avoiding one trick pony-dom I suspect that this Corillian investment is a way to get nearer full control of West Newton via Rathlin's parent company, while sticking to their policy of 'taking @30-40% interests in their investments and not directly being the operator' if WN is sucessful they may end up taking UJO's WN as UJO will be needing to fund a lot of other activities (Biscathorpe etc) there is also the idea that they are making sure the operators of WN have funding in place for WN C and D so they can crack on!
