read recently that Shell had developed new technical ideas on how to develop compartmentalised geological structures

this development does NOT involve fracking (which is banned anyway) the rocks here have excellent permeability of 14%+ so it would not be possible and it is not a shale/tight oil play!(that's why the volumes here are so good) they have no intentions to produce from shale layer if present as there is already a huge layer of naturally fractured chalk overlaying what used to be coral! hope that helps

there have been many onshore well sites for years in Dorset, most people don't even know they're there, they get trees planted around them, once the site construction equipment and drilling rigs are gone there won't be all that much to see and trucks can be routed different ways to lessen impact...though they may get a camp of Swampies with posters of 'spurting' rigs which are nothing like reality! These days wells are very controlled and highly safety-regulated and neat and clean re. their surroundings

what they're spending their 'contingency cash' on....seems a good move as I had expected a @£1.5 to £2m spend of contingency cash! (had in mind a move on BOIL for it's 15%), but this move on Corillian itsself is intriguing and the half price! they make no mention of what % the deal could acquire them.... can any clever person suss it out?

Well I'm not worried about WN given the 14% porosity! DB needed to 'reset' sp to give him fresh 'capacity to raise' as many projects coming up (including more WN drills)...won't knock UJO prospects as despite rather a lot of them requiring funding reasonably soon, are interesting, but happier to be here!......UJO will no doubt bounce when it's done
