to Nighthawk Energy Plc as an example of how a profitable company got 'done down' by it's BOD - the bondholder's financial interests were 'taken care of' but the shareholder's were not, and nobody fought any legal battle as they moved the company to the USA where everything got rubberstamped!!! shareholders always lose this sort of thing, it can be near impossible to prove the company's wrongdoing

There is a large USA military base in Australia (keeping an eye on the Chinese) in Darwin, in close proximity to East Timor - shows how strategic the energy supply is to the Darwin region and how friendly they will be towards East Timor. The green energy hub Australia wants there too is also of strategic importance to Australia...so there are planty of interested parties wanting the gas sold to Darwin

HUR investors were royally shafted by bondholders and a crooked BOD....they must be looking for investments elsewhere now......any share that wins them over will do very well as they are extremely loyal and a nice bunch so I really hope to see some of them turn up on here

but what I can say for sure where the value lies is..... the people on this bb!
