Krispy, someone, somewhere, must've sold as the maximum number of shares that they could've applied for, over and above their Basic Entitlement, and the amount therein that they stated they would buy as a minimum, was 21,703,821,262 with 12.68% of this being 2,752,044,536 still leaving them ca. 4bn short of the number required. The question is who sold??? Hopefully we'll get some more Holdings RNS's to make things clear - the only big holders who would have enough shares would be the Eyi family as their combined Basic Entitlement was ca. 6.5bn shares.
