Who would have thought it with Aramco about to be floated eh ...?? Obvs Aramco may be known as Aramco International and thus go global. Buying up Large Fields perhaps ?

JimPrice you are a Great Poster. Our Stefan has never been short of friends with the dollar ( I remember once he was but still got over the line ! ). I find it all fascinating the fact that our Chinese friends are our guardians so to speak. I'd love to know what they know ! Maybe I'd buy more or sell more / who knows .. Either way I believe they are wholly good for the Short term SP now. Long term TBC. Hoping for a transformational year..

You only clear your nominal Debt / when you are imminently going to jump onto a bigger Revenue stream. Because there is Value in doing so. So here is hoping that we are back and more importantly / can grow rapidly.

Correction 0.814. Dummy Sell was ticking so I think they would have took it. Interesting ... Usually not that easy to get a Sell on such a Big Spike / even if still under 1p...

Almost pressed the buzzer to Sell 2 million at 8.14 Tues and could have bought back in 10 percent cheaper !! But you cannot guarantee opportunity will arise. My average is 0.9 and 1.05 on 2 platforms. So I have double jeopardy now as cannot repeat as I will loose out. Just going to hang on until this hopefully goes POP based on Chinese piggy back. I realise I may have to Invest more as I know how margins are played. Hope JimPrice is right !! See what happens next 12 Month..

Going back to the 0.8p for £1.5m.. You have to say the deal is a puzzling one as SO could quite easily have raised Equity lower .. say 0.65p / but as McShan alluded to / try get £1.5m Shareholding on Open Market ?? I don't think we have fully realised just how Interesting this Share has become ? £1.5m is a massive leap of faith you cannot deny ! SO has rarely failed to intice new money into this Share / so when will the SP reflect the faith ? ...

I'm with you Phil 100%. The true MCap can get lost in translation and with endless raising of funds and more issues of Shares to fund new Ventures / after all / we are an Investment Company so more Investment required if we are to grow or Joint Venture is attractive. At some point it all boils down to what is your Asset and what are the risks ? I hope you are right with a £15m MCap and that does not factor in any growth beyond our current Asset. Proper game of Chess this ! SO has to turn back the Confidence tap and he is now in an excellent position to do so. All things considered.

In simple terms ( I am still learning ) .. Company A with MCap of £10m / 1000 only Shares. Company B with MCap of £10m / 1million Shares. What is the difference really ? If say 2 people own all the Shares then they own all the Shares ? I guess in Company B then this allows greater potential Selling by Large Holders and then ultimately spread of Shareholding against the many / referring to the Cream at the end not being realised. I feel I Benefit NOW because No Debt and SP says it has wiped off for free / but longer term Parity will be realised. I am still happy 💁‍♂️.

Agree wit everything said here. I am just trying to get my head around where the Value lay in this Share raise / Selfishly for me. The only conclusion I have come to is that if the SP rises / then I am at a disadvantage because more Shareholders to cash out. But I see the placing as Positive / so long as we do get a SP rise so the mind boggles. I mean / how would we feel if the 1.5m was placed at 0.45p ? I just think @ 0.8p it is like taking the cream off at the end. I'm ok with this because we only on the Starter Course at the minute. Ohh it's a Monster mash / on the whole I give it thumbs up 👍.

Yes Phil. And I factored in est Costs. I always under est production and it seems my Profit est are still not achieved lol. SO issues £1.5m of Equity at 0.8p and SP stays at 0.5. Of course he was waiting for the 0.43 and then bang £1.5m .. so I can't quite get my head around now more Shares out there and better situation as no debt. I am ok with the £1.5m not reflecting immediately in current 0.5p SP because the SP is what it is. I am just struggling to get my head around whether Value will be reflected in my Share Holding or not ? Mind Mash 🤷‍♂️.

Surely we can start to achieve £2m Profit per Annum ? 5000 bopd @ $60 x 5% !! This is the time. Now or never for me.

One thing is certain. It is impressive imo that £1.5m can be raised in a Company going nowhere.. Or are we ? Maybe things / conditions are changing ? As the no fuss Raise at 0.8p suggests. SO hasn't over done it. The decks are clear now. Let's move forward.

I think maybe a lot of small Company's in Natural Resources sector with small debts are looking to clear the decks so to speak. MX has raised lots of dosh ( relatively speaking ) at premium prices before regard our Chinese friends and look where SP is now. However I remain optimistic that our Asset offers Value and I could not possibly consider Selling. So good point made by McShan earlier. A steady rise in SP and commitment to achieve X will eliminate most panic Sellers from reverting to type.
