They announced that the Permit(s) could be expected to be issued in September and thus the need for RNS 1 Oct stating “In the next few weeks”.

That said / more Smoke and Mirrors because I have heard CH a few times mention “Permit” rather than “Permits” when clearly we need them both. They always leave the door open on Commitment to the Share Holder.

They really have no where else to go with this as they have been chasing IPPC since 2014 !!!

My only saving grace funnily enough is the 1.6p Primary Bid Raise as if SP does not recover to this then not a good advert for PB is it mr Carver ? Done beyond 5pm on a Friday night I hasten to add. And they took more than they originally set out to !!

These Options were given to CH on 7 Nov 2017. Not excerciseable for 3 yr and avail for 10 yr @1.975p or just under 2p a Share anyway.
Does anyone know that 1) Under a change in Ownership can CH cash in if 2p Agreed ? and thus also cash in <3yrs.
Does anyone think these Share Options are a factor if AST find a Buyer / and what happens if they get a Farm in / Partner and relinquish say 50% of our 75% Share of the Agreement for the Gas Field ?

Convex. I don’t believe a word what they say. They are economical with the truth at best. Misleading more often than not. They pumped this SP at 2p so that their friends could get out. Knowing full well that no development plan was ever going to be executed by AST.

Agree with you on that Macqui - AST in Strong Position. 456 bcf, route to Market established. Energy mix definitely leaning towards more clean Gas and also integration of Hydrogen power storage.

I wonder if the BOD put in a minimum stipulation re Acceptable Offers ? Hence there is no reported Offers yet as no one has met the minimum requirement ? I also think the minimum stipulation will change once each Permit has been issued.

The Vagueries of CC and CH re the IPPC Permit (which I do not think will be issued this year) are very upsetting. It’s a massive thing and basically everything. It opens up the whole Field potential and it would have to be accompanied by a guarantee of Permits avail for Well development. And those 2 pass over it in a single sentence.

They aren’t just going to issue that Permit without thorough due diligence and Negotiation with a Part Time Company up for Sale re SR are they ? Which is why I believe the Company involve a Farm in first. Or we may be forced to Sell up and get out and then the IPPC Permit will land 2 month after ?

CC very knowledgeable along with CH the apprentice. Economical with the Truth. They will escape with Credibility as they are highly Visual creatures and this is my hope that “some” Value will be realised.

I remember the Primary Bid Raise at 1.6p and introducing this can act as a significant Resistant Point for any acceptable Vote in the future. All depends on what Permits we get.

CC and CH are influencing greatly the fluctuations in the SP. When CH came on to announce his Part - Time role, he sounded like a schoolboy who had lost his pencil case. The SP dived as this is what I believed they wanted. (Yet no one owns more than 1% ?). It went to an alarmingly low level so in steps CC with a bit of “Good News” re the outlook in SR and COC vs ARSO.
I do not think we will get Quite what we want from the SR / as we rarely do ; do we ?

Anyway ; I’m still trying to Work them out so I have to hand it to them / and don’t go listening to me.

I think they are there to get the Gas Field de risked as have been in Production for a Year / which is magnificent achievement really and to be a part of this. And now the data has been built up (Which they are not letting on) (hence the SR) it is time for a Farm in of sorts.

AST will relinquish a Share of the 75% but not more than half of this. They will Reverse the Vote for Raising Equity and also expand the Company with a New Venture close by.

This is my take on how it will go. CH never said how long his PT will go. He may just be working on his handicap ?

I think 2p can be realised again within a year. I believe in the Company. I believe AST are so far away from BUST situation / as the recent .4 SP would have alluded to.

JS. Flybe�s advice was to hold on to your Shares ( Obvs - but I don�t take this lightly / indeed I believe in them delivering Value ). For me it should have been agreed that No Deal could be struck whilst trading taking place ? ( If doing the right thing as you say ). It seems to me the lack of communication has been necessary in order to maintain Order. So to this end if it has gone the way I believe to be the right way / then we will get an RNS at 7am in the morning. Failing that / then it goes into and after 4.30pm but then then we must be informed. They cannot do a Part Announcement as this causes Speculation in the Market ( Obvs ). I believe holding onto Shares will prove to be of Value in the medium term if Value not achieved with possible Deal. The Powers that Be will make it happen if they want. This bodes well for last minute outcome. Money Talks...

I may look back on this and wish I had ... but I have enough and if honest just mistimed by 12 Month. Although have a small Profit as it stands. Invested in Flybe as they have the Market Share. Simple as that. Motorway charges when they come in will also help the cause. Either way I�m content and will most likely stay with Stobart if Shares Offered as for same reason I�ve stated.

The ability for Stobart to get their hands on the �700m Revenue for me seals it. Massive opportunity will occur.

I think it has to happen. Never a better opportunity will occur again for Stobart to grow.

I guess it leaves the Option of Part Cash / Part Shares ; as an instant Dividend helps soften the blow of any lower end offer taken ? They have to cover all angles and it has to be on the table... Not long to go now before we find out ....
