On a Serious Note I think before I Vote I would expect a proper Management Plan to be shared upon how they intend to deliver Shareholder Value upon any Share Raise / and also where we stand on our Contract re inability to Retreive sufficient Profit from Revenues given that Revenues are too low due to lack of Permits.

If CC and CH know how much our piece of paper is worth and also that a Buyer wants in... Then they will milk this as much as they can and stay in the game as long as possible. They know the info. They are not talking straight to SH...

Disciple. The INA money barely covered our Costs of Production. I estimated the INA deal if Production was achieved at Upper Level (with ALL THAT GAS) then we would have netted about £1.5 to 2m Profit if all smooth.

But No. Production dropped because of a Tool in a Well. Very Thin that one... Do you believe ?...

The BOD only tell you what they want to tell you. They hold the keys. We are just Pawns.

Agree with misiekm on this. A Share Raise is an easy way of allowing a possible Invester in at a Low Price. Exactly who are these Shares going to be available to ? Current SH first ? We don’t know do we ? Or at least I don’t know ..
Any Investor wanting to raise their Ownership of AST by the predicted 15% would have to pay a lot more than .55p I can tell you. The SP would shoot up. I’ve had this before on another SmallCap.

So yes we need to know some more specific details of SR info before we Vote.

BOD they always leave it on a Cliffhanger and this needs to Stop. Call them out at the EGM.

TPT. The RNS’s have been crap. To say they have always been Public / what they should have done is involve the Public by communicating what various Terms mean. A kind of idiots guide to Gas production. This would have attracted many Investors and created interest Instead ; the BOD are smoke and mirrors and actually commit to no timeline what so ever.

There communication has been shocking. Shockingly intended to be that way.

Do Slovenia want us there or Not ? We shall soon find out. Time to honour their contract with AST.

We are clearly in a Power game. The wording on the RNS was Strong and Insulting to Slovenian Government ... which surprised me.

What is the difference between a Company producing Revenue with £10m of Debt and a Company not generating enough Revenue to create Profit (AST) But Zero Debt ? I know which I would rather be. AST have done things right to clear our decks of Debt (CH thank you).

We can raise funds to fund Legal Action. Very easy. We have that piece of paper and it has Value. We cannot allow Slovenia to allow that Value to run down any more, So we seek talks for a way forward. If Slovenia are not going to Back us then we take them all the way.

I still think if I am Slovenia then I do not sign anything off until Brexit signed / hence the delay. Timing is everything. We have done enough time now and it is time to move forward one way or the other. AST have not been treated fairly.

If they want us out. They will have to compensate us. We can raise money. Easy. We have No Debt !!! An amazing position to be in !!! We are in a Strong Position. The Zero Debt is the key. Well done CH.

TPT the pipeline isn’t that long is it but yes it is there. It’s not from Yorkshire to London is it ? It makes sense to me to not have IPPC and send it to INA after all, if they have Capacity and you would reduce Risk if issues with Well performance in future not supporting the Treatment Facility Cost.

Reso ; I’m with you. The BOD are full of crap but yet I still believe some success can occur as they holding the Golden Ticket. Things are not going well re Permits because the Field is Valuable.

But this is the thing.... Slovenia can play Hardball and not Issue Permits but this would leave them Open to Legal Action as it would make the Agreement AST have Re 90% Revenue Open to compensation. That would be a Big mess and not AST doing.

The fact that we have been in the Permitting process for so long tells me Slovenia have even less to stand on because we have passed the all the Barriers. We are here now. This is the precipice.

Slovenia have took the piss. If they don’t want to deal with us then they could have Rejected us years ago. But they didn’t, because they have run out of Legal wiggle room. So they will have to Compensate is or Open talks to allow us to Develop or create an Exit strategy and Sale in some bizarre way back to the Government.

We have time behind us developing relationships with the whole Network.
We have tested (although they reveal no specific info on this).
We have est a Route to Market.
We have some infrastructure.

We now require an opportunity to develop the Field. Hydrogen technology can be injected into Gas at 20% levels.(Testing this now) to deliver even lower Carbon Footprint.

Surely even with ability to develop / increase our Gas Output by 2 Fold / then £11m MCap is Under Valued Yes ???
