Very interesting Post Gino. I for one am not Selling Out. The worst that can happen is 2 fold. 1) FLYB accept a derogatory bid. (I don�t think so...). 2) No Bid is the Outcome. (I think FLYB SP would benefit for 18 months afterward as they out of the Woods now and a Interest would remain as they have Market Share. Go buy another Airline for �125m ?). I think the longer it goes the better chance of a T/O. Stobart are a Growing Company and run correctly imo and the Outcome ultimately will be Value delivered to Share Holders / and even an Equity offer as part of deal would be Value as Stobart run well. I think this could be the time factor and hopefully FLYB resigned to hand over. Certain people will need their guarantees.

2 things about that Article. Firstly / I wouldn't call "Firmly in FTSE 100" being position 96 for about 18 Months / its hardly "Firmly" in there is it ? However it was a monumentus day when they finally did it first time in their history. Secondly / Wow �500m is scaremongering on a �1b MCap due to Dilution. FCA fines I cannot see them reaching anywhere near the �300m quoted. I really do not believe they will require such a high % / given that 1 years Profits from Vanquis alone equates to �220m. I think the Share has behaved quite often with near future Negatives built in / hence the recent fall to �6.50. I am happy with my small purchase and happy to build a Position after the outcome of said possible Raise. The lack of Commentary from Invesco and Woodford is interesting. One way or another this will play out very soon. The Question is / is �6.55 Value ? I say yes. You are not telling me that Invesco and Woodford did not know the Status of Accounts and Plans for next 2/3 years before deciding to Up their Stake Months ago ??

Chartist. I would call a small Investment (in an Individual Company) less than �10k. And I personally would never go below �3k as a rule. Not even on AIM.

Break1. I was told (but not directly) about 3 Month ago / that the Vanquis FCA saga was not as bad as was being made out to be. Indeed the BOD may have been keeping Quiet on that one so as to allow possible Uplift when it would turn out to be not so bad. Make of that what you will. I believe it to be true.

Obv Chartist we have different Investment strategies and that is a Good thing. My Strategy has time on its side / where as you Trade ? I cannot see this lower than �6 ever in the future. However one never knows for sure. I will hold now for a long time I think.

The Interest Rate will have only material effect on the SP. We have all been living with our head in the Clouds on 0.5%. Truth is no Economy functions well unless Interest Rates are 4-7% because there has to be a return for the Exchequer or No Risk or Development occurs. Interest Rates will effect Lenders of lower APR's as their margins will reduce even further in a Competitive Market with high Advertising / Brand Costs. PFG do not have to suffer these necessary Costs. They do have to control Bad Debt. Their CashLoan delivery times in HC should now be second to none so they are now well placed to move forward. But they haven't got it Right just yet. A little more time required. I look forward to the day when Woodford says in 3 years this will be a �300m Revenue Company. At �6.55 I'd take �150m !!! Not out of Woods yet hence my limited purchase.

You say announcing a drop 150/200p in 6 Months would hold no Value to a Proffessional Investor ? WOW. Ignorant Ignoramus !! The reason I said previously what I did is because some on here alluded to the fact that they were Trading the Share in �9 Range. A very dangerous game to play knowing what I knew. Having said this to drop below �7 I did not expect.

I am back in here for a very small amount. They laughed at me when I said more bad news to come at �9 and I said sub �8 was possible. Here we are @ �6.55 and I am back in.

I've seen these things fall flat before but we shall see ....

The Hills are Alive with the sound of Music !! ... Happy for today's Rise. It was coming for me / although the TO with Stobbart certainly not a done deal. They always leave you guessing. Anything under a MCap of �125m is a snip imo. Don't know how it will Pan out but Flybe have the Market Share and that is why I Invested here at an Average of 35p and also 40p on another Platform. Sold a few but see what happens ... All eyes on this 1 day to go...
