IMO TPT is a paid Promoter of AST on this BB. A Spin Doctor who Post anything Positive (Validated Research nevertheless) re AST to maintain a level of Control re this BB for the benefit of future Trades for the Market Makers.

She offers No commitment or Opinion re where the Value is on this SP / or where she thinks this is going. She definitely keeps a level of distance re SP and is here for Positive Spin.

So AST .. What do we have ? What is the Company worth without Permits ? CH went red faced. Again !!! Answer is basically nothing.

I am not overly concerned re this passage of Interview with CH because Obvs if you are a Gas producer and the one Commodity that you produce / you have no permission to then .... So that is simple equation.

So the £12m or so MCap does have I would some optimism on present Status priced in.

That said ... Just allowing 4 Wells to produce and re stimulate current Wells can send Real Price MCap over £20m.

We should get this as Slovenia do want Gas and they playing the long game so Protect your Resource until it falls into their own hands.

So therefore a Deal has to be done and I think this will happen. May take 18 month but a Deal has to happen or AST Investment Agreement in Slovenia re the 90% claw back on Revenues will be seen as unfair scull duggery by EU Court on Slovenia side.

I’m still not prepared to Invest any more as all the games and by our own BOD who are so Public (which is good) but you cannot trust them to deliver Shareholder Value can you ?

That said I think a Deal will be done at no less than £35m if it gets that far / but really I see AST talking to Government and being allowed to produce without rapid development. So this will keep BOD in the game who ultimately do not put SH first.

The Value will only be delivered at the end so Hold on to your Shares and only buy when you feel Value is there because the BOD as talented as they are ... (and they have done well) have never itemised where the €50m Investment has gone ? Have they ? We have never produced enough Gas. 4 Wells is where we need to be imo to get some confidence back in the SP back to 1p.

A Deal has to be done and it will be. But we won’t get what we want. But it will be Satisfactory.

However agree with you re Petrol. Their Legal connections are the only way to go as This is not a time to be Cost Cutting / Taking a chance at the most Critical time of AST history.

What concerns me is AST language in the RNS. You do not make threats of EU Court unless you are absolutely certain we have have to go this way.

TPT ; your Point of View re Minister v Permit does not fit at all with CH RNS taking the whole Government to European Court does it ? Surely before Public threat of such Action by CH and AST on Govt / you would have dialogue first.

No paranoia with me Stuarto. It’s just they way I see it. I cannot see EU allowing Slovenia to sign off IPPC to any Company floated on London Stock Exchange. The Gas will ultimately be pumped into European Grid.
All Investment on hold from both sides until this deal done.

It’s been going on 4 yrs this and esp last 12 month when we we got the INA deal.

I believe AST were only here to test the sands and I think a lot they have not revealed / whilst creating trading opportunities for the MM’s.

I cannot see the IPPC permit being issued before the Brexit sign off. I think we are most likely in final Month of Brexit sign off as May stated 95% there.
Slovenia are not going to hand out the IPPC unless Brexit and Europe shake hands. Once this happens then a deal is waiting in the SR.
Petisovci needs large scale Investment which we have no appetite for given the situation.

I think we will get a decent Offer and SP rise to 1.25 to 1.5p ?

Volatility between now and Brexit hand shake which could go to Jan. An EGM maybe needed to raise small funds to meet Operating Costs.

Either way this will conclude between now and next 3 Months I am certain imo.

The size of IPPC is another reason for SR / as as AST stand it is too Big for us. I accept this now / and once again it all seems to fit in.

The fact that we can get the Permits and allow AST to Partially Sell our Share in Petisovci but allow us to diversify into other plays. A reversal of raising Equity at General Meeting can follow. So I think chance of Full Sale a bad outcome as this will only occur if we do not get Permits.

A Partial Sale can help SP raise 1.25 to 1.60 It is progress. I do not think we get the 2p + what we want.

Listen. I will allow you all to Post some Positives that can change the sceptical mindset. A 50% Boost in SP to 1.5p is required to restore confidence.

One Positive I have is that it has been a terrible year for Development ( No new Wells / Well Requires re stimulation leaving us Short ) and SP is 0.9p. Personally I think this is decent considering 2018 about £1.5million Under Profit Expectation. Ie : I think we be at a £1.5m loss as we have not produced enough Gas this year due to Over reliance on 2 Wells performance.

However ; we have collected Vital Data ( Not released to SH ) in this early Production phase and this I hope can pave a positive way forward.

TPT. I am absolutely 100% certain AST get the Permit for the Well Workers. I stated this in my tremendous 11 Brain thoughts 😽.

Re Point 5) I would be amazed if CC would 100% Sell AST but I am not Savvy with change in Business model. For ST SH I think it a good thing if AST remain and just have a sleeping role re Petisovci. They need new Plays and to have a Diversified Portfolio of Plays.
This would allow CC to reverse General Meeting and have Share Raise. But to do this he needs AST SP to increase !!!

We have earned our Stripes / or have we ? £45 million spent and we have 2 Wells and 1 x 10km or more length of Pipe to Ina ?
CC and CH know the picture but they have NEVER communicated the Status or Developments to the SH. They always leave you hanging. ALWAYS. Pathetic really. But I was taken in by their methods.
You wonder how much our Legal Document is worth ? They know..

I don’t know what to make of it all. But here is some of what my Brain thinks !!
1) CH is going. Defo. No turnaround in his PT position. He going. He said this a year ago. So this is Beginning of the End.
2) Legal Paper And infrastructure as it is worth £20million ? About right given that the Gas comes out at a squeak.
3) Will CH deliver (and ride off into Sunset) Both Permits IPPC And Well re enter > Thus delivering Full Value of the Asset before he goes ? ermmm forgive me for doubting / but Nope.
4) Will we get something in between ? Yes I think we will get the Well re enter. I don’t think we get the IPPC because that is golden ticket Willy Wonka situation. I just cannot see new Slovenia Government handing this to AST. Can you ?
5) Will AST be taken over Fully ? Possibility / but AST CC will want to carry on another Play so he can raise Cash on another Project.
If AST Return all cash to SH then he starts a Fresh and will be hoarded by Negative Once bitten Investors. By keeping AST going he is still in the game. You cannot Trust them. They do not deliver Value. Only for themselves.
6) If we retain a small Stake in Petisovci this will allow CC to cont AST and give reason to conduct multiple Share Raises on 2 or more Plays.
7) So where is the Value ? I dunno. I just think we won’t get what we want. A Full Sale.
8) I think we will have some fun next 2 weeks. Defo.
9) Have they done a good job ? Erm Yes. Permits not their fault. Wasted a lot of money / You cannot trust them. They just Use Shareholders to their own gains. But we are Debt free. But at what Cost ?

I have now re listened to the Conference Call and CC said “Options ? ..were they 1.5p or something ?”
Well... Mr CC (very clever bloke) yes you did have some issued around that price / but the most recent issue was 1.95 in November 2017. He knows this (Obvs) but mis directed / dismissive. He knows exactly.
Whatever his reasons ; I for one think it’s a good thing because it has only ever gone the way of the BOD as they would be over their head with FDP. They claim those Options and the SH Wins in the main.

As for the £45 million or so spent I suggest most of that has gone on legal fees and framework / rather than actual Working infrastructure. Still / it must take form for the 90% recoverable on Revenues which is another Win in early phase development of any new Partner or T/O.

I think more curve balls to come as you cannot trust / but we Shall see !! ... You never know with AST.

Euro Gas Spot price now 25% greater than same time last year. Gas Prices increasing for a reason. Lack of supply. How long must the Petisovci field remain plugged ? The sands have already been producing ?? Most of the Wells are already there.
What is more / with the ability for onsite hydrogen to offer Grid balancing within 1 second / then Slovenia must see the Benefits.

My take on them is this..
CH alluded to in conversation very early 2018 that he may not be at AST in a years time.
If CH Vacates the Post at AST then he foregoes these Options. Him going Part Time (so called) has a nice fit to it re these Options as he can spend time securing another Role and re charging.
Of course for the Options to be granted to him / then a change in Ownership must occur and he is fully in tune with the SR - Hence the window opened for him to go PT.
Slovenia needs Gas. Slovenia needs Jobs. I wouldn’t rule out a State Owned connected buy out either.
