Just checked on Stobart and they paying a 4.5p Dividend SP �2.30 on 22/3/18. Surely this cannot be coincidence between the dividend pay date and the original launch date of the Bid tying in ?? ... Any thoughts ?... Also Flybe get �700m Revenue per year vs Stobart �100m / so massive potential for Stobart here to boost Revenue and ultimately Profit through synergies. This has to go through ...

Also is there further significance of Stobarts timing given that it is end of Tax Year soon ? Does this make it more credible that it gives Stobart best chance of getting deal done ? It would be fantastic synergy at Southend. The new gateway to UK distribution of goods and people.

Justsayin and Gino what End Price are we going for here ? Mine is just a throw it out there comment but hoping for 65-70p and I think at lower end / 65p will be the T/O price. Or will we get a part Share Offer ?

Tinlid. I stick by �8. By definition the Value of the Company should increase by the Value of the Share Raise. I have to say I am perplexed about where the Value is on this one but we shall soon find out. What has tended to happen in this Share is that future Negatives have been built into the SP ASAP hence the Armageddon fall to �4.50. So to this end �8 I feel is a bold statement. Even I am cautious on this one and I know the industry inside out my dear fellow. GLA.

Peltata. I hear what you say but tbh one never knows so a dangerous comment to say definitely below �8. You already have doubts by saying �if�. There are a lot of factors at play here and 2 Fund Managers have major influence on how this can go. We have already seen a 70% rise as you say so there you go ... All we can do is piggy back on those who can influence the deck of cards the most. We are not the dealers. They are !! What I do know is that HC have been pumping those Sales out over and above !! And this can only be to mask the figures in the so call turnaround that nobody even remotely understands ?? This Share is becoming perplexing and very hard to predict. Maybe... just Maybe the fact that it is so hard to predict / means people are assuming their positions for a long term play and this bodes well for a steady rise ? I just dunno. The Sales thing is true though.

IMO the Sp will be supported by Institutional and steadily slip back. After Dilution I can see �8 a Share as THEY HAVE IT TO PROVE and for reasons I�ve said. All this said I think there can be Value building a position here for some whilst keeping Option to Trade it. A portion now and a portion after Dilution (but you�ll have to be Quick Post Dilution as the dip won�t last long after Dilution imo). It will bob like a yo-yo next 18 Month. I am out for now. Await Value to return as this SP has a way to go before the upward trend is realised with any consistency. My long term belief is that there is little Investment required to keep the relationship lending in HC going. It will do what it does. �110m/Annum has gone. Try �30m after Recovery. The future is in delivering cheaper cash through a digital communication platform with multiple customer choice. You want to be in a good Year before this takes place / so building a position over next 3 years is where the golden egg is imo. GLA.

Listen Up. The Dilution makes for a perfect T/O opportunity. And if that ever happens that fits in with my Plan that they will develop a hibrid model to deliver Credit more cheaply to those higher Risk Customers. This can be done and this is where I think it can go in the next 5 years. Take Note. More to come.

Chartist i wish I could be more specific but no crystal... The Dilution is significant enough to keep this SP down and lower than �8 is a Possibility!! Le May is interim and not the answer for me. The FCA fine is being paid by Shareholders and they still have it to prove with HC turnaround as where is the Specific Plan ? Still more Questions than Answers so THEY HAVE IT TO PROVE. I do believe Volatility continues so still a Share to be Traded. However beware at lower levels and wait until �8.50 (if it ever comes? - we have been here before lol). At some point in next 24 Month it can Breakout to �12 but THEY HAVE IT TO PROVE.

27p lol. Love it.. This deal has to be sealed tomorrow if it is going to happen. As tomorrow is Hump Day :) My target is 70p minimum. Cannot see beyond 82p. This is Stobart�s time to grow. Ready made Assets and Routes. Time to get the deal done imo. If they miss the chance then they will be under pressure. Pressure which they will have created themselves.

Great Post Tinlid. At it�s absolute PEAK PFG actually touched �36 per Share (for about 2/3days), but �32 is a fair figure to work off. I haven�t bothered to do calculation myself but if the Dilution takes it to �20 from the �32 then imo I am raising eyebrow as even if no Dilution then I wasn�t expecting this Share ever getting back to above �20 / because the Skills have gone and the Market will even itself out and spread the weight more evenly / all be it PFG still being the leader / just not retaining their gap at the Top. So if �20 is the new Marker then I would be going a price lower than that for PFG to be considered its Peak. The SP can fall again but ultimately will rise when the Dividend returns. Stability should return but still choppy for next 2 years. Plenty of upside here from about �9 dead but the Dilution for me takes the edge off the Top but was necessary for the Short Term. Just my opinion.

It is quite a delicate situation. Let us not forget that FLYB SP has took a hammering since the launch on the Market. Many PI have lost out having decided to exit. There will be the odd few left in and if Stobart complete the T/O then at least everyone can look back and say we had an Opportunity to Sell at a 25% rise or hold on for the unknown. By next WED we should know the conclusion. Either way I will have learned a lot from what ever happens. Despite the poor SP performance I remained Invested because of Market Share.
