Danger. I wouldn't recommend Shorting this Share. I really do think �6.80 the bottom. I remember Chartist and co laughing at my prediction that �8 would come again and here we are at current SP. Given that PFG has 4 plays in Vanquis, Moneybarn, Satsuma and HC then �1Billion MCap must be the bottom as the Company reaches every Post code in the UK and not forgetting Ireland.

Chartist2. Good point re Invesco and Woodford. I am beginning to get worried about the World vs Woodford. I think the forces are working against them although may be a far fetched theory ?? His Patient Capital Trust has simply bombed to 77 from launch @ 100. Very concerning. He says there is no reason why PFG cannot get back to �300m Profit in 3 years and I tend to agree with him. You just wonder who he has upset along the way ? All conspiracies but you cannot deny the SP behaviour and Bad News (too bad to be true) is rather bizarre ?

I wish to clarify that Customer Loss 2010 - 2015 was severe and 100.000 per Annum. Read the Annual Historic Reports. Customer loss did slow to 50.000 per Annum most recently / but then will have drastically accelerated again because of the reduction of 6000 Agents into 2500. Because you don't get more Customers from less people. Also half of the 2500 newbies haven't got the same skill set yet. It takes time to est relationships. The Company adapted to a new platform of Lending with Satsuma who were strictly weekly Collection by D/D. They since introduced Monthly payable product. A 2017 Customer Growth from 60.000 to 70.000 was very poor imo. However it is beyond me how Satsuma made a �5m loss. This should now be making Profit as they have little / no Overheads. Company rinsing the Shareholders before their next move forward ?? Beware of a Share Raise in coming Months.

Disappointing comment Tinlid. How can I confirm ? You need to ask yourself if I was telling the truth how would I know ? .. Fot the past 6 years HC was loosing 100.000 customers per year. Without fail !! Then when they changed the business model on July 3 / a lot of the self emp (70%) left to go elsewhere. At July 2017 the Customer Count was 600.000 but what you don't realise is that whilst the Self Emp model was in place and loosing 50.000 Customers per year / these SE people were signing up / self generating 10.000 Customers per week alone. Take these people out of the equation and you don't add these Customers to bottom line. Some S/E Agents averaged 4 New Customers per week / week in week out. Now they have gone. Ring up 01274351135 and ask them what the average New Customers signed up per week is. It will not be 10.000 and on that basis Customer Count was falling by 50.000 Cust/Year. So the real Customer loss can only be accelerated. Also ask them what the average Age is per Customer. And there in lies your answer. PFG will be a good Long Term Investment at �6.80. I predict �12 within 3 years. But please don't insult me Tinlid with your vast knowledge of PFG as is now. PFG are highly connected to Barclays so for that reason alone the Business will move forward and adapt. It will not go like Carillion.

Danger145. I can Confirm this is exactly what they did. In June 2016 / before the new modal was introduced in HC July 3rd .. They extended the Write off from 13wks to 26wks. I have since learned that they have many Accounts in transit (beyond 26wks) and they must have counted these. I estimate they are mis reporting "Active" Customers by 150.000. There is more..

Its Vanquis / no sh.. The Credit Card was a real cash cow as rose from 0 to �220m Annual Profit in 6/8years ? .. What they did was Market all the Home Credit Customers (impersonally of course) and move them over. It was good for the HC Customers as many of them would not have had the freedom of a CC before. The need is there now for TV advertising as HC migration exhausted but only at specific times of year as must Limit Cost vs Opportunity as TV exposure will get you the desired effect if used sparingly. TV advertising does not work with HC. Monitoring this SP with interest.

Chartist. PFG has absolutely nothing to do with CLLN. Blmey ! Justmyopinion - I dunno about this Woodford. He has ultimate trust with Invesco. Throw in the Germans and you have all expertise you need to run a Credit Company which has a fast turning Profit wheel. Also Woodfords Big on Bank Investment and who's to say a massive Market isn't there for higher risk Mortgages to go mainstream ? Say if they all went in with �400m each and ran it like a Bank ? Full FCA control then. It wouldn't take much more than 5 years to get the Investment back ? It is a PUNT of an idea but I like to be forward thinking and Woodford alluded to better control stops this Carrillion and PFG mis management nonsense. The trouble is ... PFG was not mis managed !! I have seen a Woodford Interview recently where he says taking a Company out of PLC status would be beneficial regard Control and Influence (obvs). Why did he state this ? Your theory could be right but wow what a gamble ? .. Woodford says no reason why �300m / Annum Profit cannot be generated by 2021. Good Post HP !! China have made it public news that they intend to lift a large % of their population out of a Poverty. A large % still live on equivalent of a dollar a day. It is widely thought that the only real way to control or sustain a population of any species is to make that person or couple make an economic choice regard to growing their family. Thus you have to lift people out of Poverty first. I believe this to be true. And so the knock on effect in the Short to medium term / on the demand for Resource.

Cheers Jamdam. Seems like we both know a bit. What they will now do is chase the low debit / low balance Customers to recover and recycle and let the high balance stuff go (many Accounts). They have serious issues with Selling given that much of their Loan Book is on Longer Term issue. And guess what they failed to mention in their Peak Trading results ... ??? Sales Growth ?? ... Not a dickie. And still they cover up the facts. Not Investable until new Management Team in with new Vision and Action !! More bad news to come as it unravels.

I can also be confident in saying the 530.000 Customer numbers in HC is not a true reflection of "Active Customers" ie :- Customers who are making payment. During late 2016 the BOD separated the HC business from the Vanquis side regard liabilities. One good thing is that the Pension Liabilities are almost fully funded which is a massive positive. Once again confident in stating this.

I told you lot about the HC results in Peak Q4 trading. Personally I think if holding above �8 then SH have got away with it. More problems to come perhaps ? .... I am out of this until they come up with a Definitive Plan to move the Company forward. New Leadership required.
