The only situation I can see Slovenia issuing Permits to allow AST to inc Production is
1 > Avoid Legal Action upon themselves as they are Completely against AST. Prob upset them previous.
2 > Issue the Permits nice and steady so Production inc is limited whilst the Clock runs down to 2022 / making the Investment case ever more difficult to AST knowing no guarantees beyond 2022.

I still say Brexit Deal will help and No deal between AST and Slovenia will be done until UK EU relationship signed.

And the SP took a gradual decline after Production because all the Financiers and Contractors / Trameta Sold their Shares (payment for Services rendered) and Exited AST. All the while CH continued to pump the Permits and when he probably knows Full well / we weren’t going to get them.
Slovenia Gov must have wondered what was going off / reading those RNS Permit coming to a Town near you soon !!

I think the PB will involve an RNS new play within 7 Days. After that RNS they will let the “Open Market” flourish with new unsuspecting PI and then reduce their holdings slightly if the bite is taken.

They have no interest in PI SH Value. Only those on the Inside know where the VLue is and they will All remain anonymous as they will own 2.99%. They will be party to what is going off to the penny. We will not be informed.

If the PB raises more than £3m and then the SP drops from MCap of £12m back down to £9m then expect the Good News to come. Another Play coming to protect the PB participants. Once they create Value again in the SP then they will exit or lower their exposure to Risk. Massive insider Trading.

Ok my Opinion on the Primary Bid outcome.
CH would not do a PB unless his City Friends (now more with Buggenhagen and friends) and at .3p approx 20% under current Share Price. That’s right... Current Shareholders on the Open Market have to pay nearer .4p whereas the infamous PB CurveBall which can Strrrriiike at any time will always undercut you and by a heavy margin.

So I think the PB will go quite well. Many will align themselves at .3p knowing (insider info) what is to come. At .3p they are basically confident that the Company will not loose and thus the Company will cont trading.

The MCap will raise accordingly / but in order to Stop it falling back / As it will / then some Good news coming to prop up the PB Raise.

We have a pipe to Croatia that unless the Respective Governments sit down and play Golf / then that pipe is rendered useless.

The Slovenian Government want us out. 2022 license expires. Any ECJ case may take 10years based on Slovenian Government Permitting timeline. It ain’t going to go down that road or AST would have communicated exactly where we are on the Court Action timeline. Always subjective as always.

I mean ... Unless AST are going to get Slovenia and Croatian Government round the table to sign a landmark agreement and get the Permits to extract All the Gas and Export it to Croatia through that pipeline ... then the Investment AST made to build that pipe / it is rendered useless.
Furthermore the £10m needed to build the Processing Plant should IPCC be awarded / then that renders the Pipeline to Croatia pointless.

There will be a line in the small print as part of the AST Investment Agreement giving Slovenia complete autonomy whether they decide its good for Slovenian people or not. If Gasprom can supply them endless amounts of gas then the Petisovci field can be deemed not large enough to warrant the environmental impact.

Personally I think upon first gas to INA building that pipeline was a bizarre situation. They used SH money to build that pipe against the Slovenian Gov wishes / just so CC could get his bonus. Game Over.

I don’t understand why “Connect Airways” have not yet taken over Flybe ? Exactly what is the process that leads to it happening ad could it be that the SP is 2.5p because Tinkler et al could come in and guarantee the Airline trades as is ? From my amateur knowledge the business re previous RNS can be good and was only put in danger because of the Credit Card Guarantee Increase / thus you just need more cash in Bank. Cash we didn’t have without Sale of Assets.

Well .. We got £10m from Connect when originally it was to be £20m. We’ve Sold some Slots etc for good money to IAG who overpaid ? Leading me to believe that Willy Walsh who cannot take over Company wants Flybe to remain out of Virgin hands / also leading me to believe Flybe is viable and has Value (more than £2.2m).

This Statement is a far cry from the great man CH previous to this stating Vendor Finance / Visit to PNB Paribas could fund AST ? Went quiet on that one eh ? ... No PNB Paribas was going to support the Risk involved in extracting the Gas from Petisovci ; if Permits were to have been awarded. Hence hey Presto here is the Stategic Review !!

That said. The move to explore Opportunities adjacent to Slovenia for AST is a good one and further enhances their legal case should one be needed v Slovenia.

However, once again .. Who do you think is going to pay for the legal case ? You guessed it.. A 100% contribution from Shareholders.
