Today See’s Leben and Colin Hutch of Ascent Resources shake hands on a landmark agreement to develop fully the Petisovci Tight Gas Field est 456bcf.
Colin Hutchinson said.

Share Price rose another staggering 150% today to reward long standing Shareholders with a price of 3p. Just a few Months ago the Share Price was at 0.35p.

None of the £331k will contribute to profit from Petisovci. It will simply be absorbed in the Running Costs.
It does keep keep AST in business for a period of time.

I stated over weekend that you do not go to PB unless you have “friends” lined up with £2m @ 0.3p. Meaning massive Dilution but at least then hope would spring re another Play with this Buggenhagen.
It seems there were not many “friends” at 20% Discount and that the Open Market May Now Pay more Dividend at a soon 20% Discount on 0.3p !!!

What is £331.000 going to do for AST development for the Project ? Exactly what is the project ? From what I can see No Bank will lend us any money without Permits so we cannot even diversify.
Colin put the cash toward buying, refurbishing and re selling houses. The first Sale may break us even and cover the Expense of using Primary Bid. Then the second house can start to give us a return. Don’t Invest it in Containers please !!!

Colin Hutchinson. I emplore you, If you believe the Permits will be awarded OR that Legal Action will Result in substantial Compensation then back the Company with a Share Purchase. At 0.4p and £9 million MCap then we are just 5% of WHIreland recent potential Valuation of £200m ? It is a steal esp with yourself in pole position to actually know where the Value is.

We will then match you pound for pound % wise to our respective Salaries. Let’s grow AST together and have pleasant AGM’s and have a real Share of success.

I would start respecting Colin Hutch and back him if he drew a line over the past and set out a Plan how he intended to restore Shareholder Value and esp when trying to raise cash.
He can Stop the mistrust if he explains Fully to SH the reasoning behind all his Actions regard changing the size of the Pie or taking on Debt. (No one will lend to us - unless we have a Valid POA to deliver Growth).

What I think went wrong in Slovenia is that CC went against Slovenian Gov wishes re that pipeline to INA / but nothing Legally Slovenia could do to stop / as CC needed to get to First Gas and pronto to pay himself some Bonus in the AST Agreement.
If it happened like this then Game Over for AST in Slovenia at that Point. And so CH played along with it. It’s the only thing I can think of re the Slovenian Government complete dis regard for AST. At every step of the way. I mean ... CH should be playing Golf with them most weekends !!!

Yes I hear you New LSE. One thing is certain. All the previous Share Issues and PB have led us to a MCap of £9m. And you could argue we simply OverValued at present.
Meanwhile £200k a year CH fails to become a serious Shareholder. If you haven’t got much saved CH due to Casino then bob £5000 a Month in for 12 consecutive Months x.

New 2 LSE. If he only raises £100k then he has signed his own P45. I really do believe he will be backed by his friends so I’m going £1m to £2m.
