Every Month that goes by without Well Permits / hurts AST because they are Operating at a Big Loss. You need 4 Wells Minimum / to justify any Investment in the Processing Plant and to begin to make Profit.

Listen up. All that has happened is that ARSO have removed themselves from the Legal Proceedings potentially issued by AST / who btw have no money.

I’ve been an Investor here for 18 month but I have to Sell up now as I’ve watched the SP Value reduce below what I thought possible. I’ve welcomed all the Posters on here and I wish you all well.
I’ve seen other Companies Value also Decrease with MCaps over £4b to £1b so AFC are not alone. I just put a lot of it down to Corruption.
My main reason for me exiting AFC is lack of communication from the Board. They offer only part info and never tell Full Story. Hence Corruption.

Dear all. Obvs things here are not good. We do not need IPPC Permit immediately and I feel we can cope another 6-12 Months / but we do need Well Re Stimulation Permit and pronto.

Does anyone know when last Permit for anything was actually granted ?? Very Important. Thanks..

I’ve seen this happen many times before. Company cannot get Permits and Revenues decrease to a Point where the Company Folds. Colin Hutch keeps taking his £15.000/M for as long as the Company alllows him to. Legal Action occurs once Company Exits Slovenia for good. The only one's who Win are CH taking a Salary. Legal people who charge astronomical amounts. And Slovenia who hold on to the Asset.
The one’s left holding the baby are the Shareholder.
They are keeping this alive as long as possible before it’s time to Check Out.

I wish AST could get The Permit etc but until I see just what Contract in detail AST have with the Asset, then I don’t believe a word CH says.

From the very Start this one has been wrong / Having to pump Gas to INA when Asset is good to go in Slovenia. Either way / Someone with Serious Power has kept Silent on this one / I mean .. Slovenia have had to Delay Delay Delay until what ? They are honouring whatever Agreement is in Place with AST / but remain Silent and make it as hard as possible for AST to Extract the Gas and Sell it to the Benefit of their Economy.

If they hit their Production Forecasts and pay Debt down / How long will it take to return to Acceptable and Manageable Levels ? I read somewhere Paid off by 2021 ? This cannot be right ?

Also ; Would anyone on here say ENQ are Pro Shareholder ? Many Companies are not / or turn on the Shareholder in a heartbeat.

Say if they do grant the IPPC. How does it work re License expiry 2022 ? Surely AST would require legal assurance that 10yr Extension would be granted ?

Scott despite me thinking you have some sort of Agenda and constantly against NSF / I am now in agreement re the HC Profit now released £6.7m (With all new PFG Agents now fully embedded). It Seems a little under Par but I am not a CFO. I suspect Profits were not £8m before NSF because you Quoted £5m before / so show evidence / I dunno.

Your argument re Self Empl does not stack up. NSF HC got FCA authorisation way back. But transversely I couldn’t understand why PFG FCA approval took so long because really PFG were far ahead. More Questions.

What I’d like to see in Results for PFG is their HC performance. For 10 yr in a row and even during the Crash of 2008 they were producing £110 to £120m Profit Per year !!! I fail to believe that the New Operating model was solely responsible for a swing to a serious loss ?? I’d be surprised if HC will post break even. That is a Serious Drop.

If Vanquis makes £200m then I cannot see that PFG won’t return to profit in the Results and I believe (I may be wrong) £150m was guidance ?? But this cannot be case as we would not be in £5 zone ? Really Interested to see if Results show any Profit ? I’d take £70 to £120m and be happy in that Range but what do I know ?
We shall soon find out !!
