It is true to say that if the Well Permits do not get issued / then the £750k ultimately will get evaporated. The £750k is earmarked for Compressor and Working Capital so on that basis the Objective is just to Stay Open for Business. I’d say the £750k is High Risk for Investors (unless they are Party to other info) so they will most likely reduce their exposure in AST by Selling a portion of their Shares over the Coming Months / so I expect the SP to settle around current levels.
Any SP rise would possibly demonstrate that the same Investors re the £750 are Topping up on Open Market. But as stated I think they will Sell a Portion next 2 to 3 Months is Sell Price ever gets to .4p.

Not necessarily. The MCap is the MCap. It is true to say that the Market often does not take kindly in the Short Term to Dilution. So you can see SP re trace but I expect Good News Flow from the Puppet Master Apprentice so quite often the Share Issue gets lost in translation over time.

Can purchase 1.000.000 @ .4p. Yesterday was avail at .41p.
I will be surprised if below .4p is ever available next Month or so but we shall see ???

TinPot. This is what I don’t get. The Field has had Seismic Survey done DEC 2012 ? 504 bcf. But that was when they Quoted Petisovci - Lovaszi. We have heard 456bcf and 412bcf. Safe to say there is a lot of Gas there. But what if Hungary get in on the act ?
I know how these Wells have performed and 1 of them was supposed to be the Best prospect. Didn’t last long at peak production. Need to re complete in different sands but No Permit Madame ??? !!!! Hence the Compressor.

We don’t have 6 Well Permits Zeb. This is why the diggers haven’t been commissioned. What do you think they are going to do ? Use this Compressor on the 2 existing Wells and then build a Processing Plant ? Good Luck with that one.

This is the problem with him. He has fork tongue. Always subjective. Whether you could build a Processing Plant on a smaller scale I dunno ? We would need some research or Gas Experts but you could be on to something there.
What is in less doubt is the Cost to Bring a Well Online and that is £2m as an absolute minimum. Already drilled or not.

What I don’t get is that the Project was called Petisovci - Lovaszi. Now Lovaszi is a stones throw over border in Hungary. But now AST only refer it to as Petisovci. If Slovenia are playing hardball / why can’t they bob over to Hungary to drill there ? More Cost.. But it beggars the Question / would Hungary have any Rights to Gas extracted from the Petisovci field ? Being so close and all. More Questions.

Why do you think they are not building it right now ? What you need is 12 Well Permits to fuel it. I’ve said before as an absolute minimum you need 6 Wells feeding it to break even.

Zebidiah. Colin Hutchinson has said so himself on media. Everyone knows that the Gas Processing Plant is a £10million Cost. What Planet are you on ? Even the Positive Posters on here will not disagree with me on that Cost.

The Compressor for me Offers no increased Value to the Market Cap. It’s a poor mans alternative to not having the Permits for Mutiple Well Development. And they need at least 12-16 of these to justify any Investment for the IPPC Plant.
The IPPC Plant is £10m Minimum. So you can call that £16m. Each Well is £2m Minimum so let’s say £3m each.
IPPC and 12 Wells = £50m.
Anyone pumping £50m in would want double Return in order to sign it over to these Bandits. Stuck Tool down a Well ?? Good Game Good Game !! Nice to see you ..... Nice ..
