qasimf / What do you base you confidence on restoring HC to Profit ? A £40m Annual Loss is a Biggy. So far the BOD have employed a Turnaround Plan and no Shareholder knows what it is !!
If the BOD communicated regularly on HC progress then surely this would restore Real Confidence and inc MCap ?
Unless you state why you are confident / Ten it based on nothing more than a hunch, is it not ?

Creates a Wave and so they (whoever they are ?) sneak out some Sells above the .35p Issue. It can only be the MM’s ? Or the people involved in the .35p or both perhaps. A Strategy employed to de risk the Investment they made. CH conducts the Orchestra. He has the Knowledge (or lack of it) and Communicates or stays silent accordingly.

You’ll never find out who funded the recent Cash injection at 35p / but i do wonder if it was somehow connected to the BOD as they will do anything if the sums mean they can come together and extract Salaries from a Company over time to compensate. It is a little far fetched idea but until you know how they did it and who paid what / then you don’t know ?... One thing I do know / And that is whomever put the cash in / Knew that Value could be extracted from the Market and Salaries from AST. Current Shareholders back of the Que of course.

I’ve just witnessed from sidelines a 3 month or so Legal proposed Merger of one Company over another. Value of Companies was multiples of AST but do you want to know what the Bill was ? ..... £32m. And both sides withdrew after just 3 Month. AST do not have the Weight to be able to realistically go through with Legal Action vs a Government and a whole Trading Block. The only circumstances it would happen is as a Last Resort to keep CH in the game and Shareholders back of the que. CH is Deceiving Shareholders. Simple as that.

TPT I do maintain the £750k raised must have been achieved on the Basis that they firmly believe they can Exchange the Full Value in the Open Market. It was a sum.

If he had stated this / then SP would shoot up if favourable figs. He needs to demonstrate how Value will be returned upon Investment. He is an Accountant !!

I still have a Vested Interest in this Share but the Hutchinson Communications have been poor imo and have to Question his integrity. Under the circumstances this is right thing to do. Better Communications = Better Integrity.
