Every time Hutchinson and Carver spent any money on infrastructure/ they paid way over any Value Price to Shareholders because they have no knowledge re Engineering. Clive Carver could talk a really convincing game / but never specific on Value. If they needed Work doing to get to Gas / they had to Pay Top Wack. They have no possibility of delivering Economy of Scale.

We have Generated Revenue / So where has the money gone ???

What do we have ? 2 Wells drilled in 2012 that now need re stimulating and a 15km stretch of Pipe that goes One way out of Dodge. We also have a Metering station. That’s it.

How do you mean Jester ? The only For Sale I can see is if Slovenia Offer £10m to Buy AST Investment Rights. In order to protect their Carbon capture Plan as 62% Forest coverage. Slovenia can swap this for Countries that over Produce Carbon thus contributing to the New Energy exchange ?

Yes I agree NEW2LSE. Post 29/4 I cannot see the Buy Price being lower than the .35p. However / currently on .41p allows for a 15% Drop. So that is the margin to Enter should anyone want to Invest.

I do agree with you New2LSE. £750k is a sum of money indeed. And it raises the Question if said people had wanted to just simply buy into AST / then a £750k on open Market would surely boost SP to almost 1p perhaps ?? But AST need the money and so it is done this way. £750k is a lot of cash at this Stage of the game for sure.
Anyone putting in that kind of money / must know more than is PI. But then that would be classed as Inside Info. Cough Cough.

I concur Gerry and I wish to add re the No Debt Status. Some time ago Many Credit providers to Industry de risked their Exposure to Low Revenue Generating Companies. AST being one of them.
What Hutchinson did was Spin Good News / followed by a Share Issue and paid off the Debt to Banks. (It's in an RNS).
Also the Loan Notes Exited Quick time which saw the SP Decline from 2p to 1.6p (Primary Bid FRI night everyone in the Pub) and then below 1p.
So Hutchinson stayed in the Financiers Good Books. So with No Debt I take it as though Hutchinson new his place in the order of things and indeed did the right thing by them.

Can buy 500.000 @ 40.09 or 1.000.000 @ 40.12.

When has a Placing ever returned Value in AST ? The only thing I can think of re the £750.000 is that there is Merit in Legal Action and the Compressor Equipment is further evidence that Slovenia are not honouring a fair opportunity for AST to fund development of the Field under EU Law.
So based on that Theory it re defines Greater Value than the £9m MCap. Also time ticks closer to 2021 Ends.

There was no long que of Investors because the Entry Price is Low. Also they would have demanded % Below MCap or nothing to discuss.

It’s good that Hutchinson can raise £750.000 but what is the REAL Cost. Whoever Invested knows the RISK here. Expect Good News Flow here for next 6 Month / so they can get their money back out. Private Investors will be left holding the baby.

Gerry. I was only saying last night that a Raise of funds would be required due to falling Production say in October. So tbf this comes as No Suprise / but this is so much earlier than I thought. I remember not so long ago, Hutchinson went on a Part Time Salary to stop the Company going under. Since then Production has decreased but Ding Ding we have had a Primary Bid.
Nobody was ever told how much of a Wage reduction he went on. I reckon it was a 20% decrease and not the 50% most people would think.
