Brockster, back in 2017 I was convinced this would hit 3 to 4p upon IPPC announcement. Now we are talking 1p after IPPC has been announced !!

Reso has all the info regard Depletion of Shareholder Value and it is a 10year spiral down the plug hole. Dilution after Dilution and No significant Revenue has ever resulted.
We did manage Good Revenues upon First Gas and I calculated £5m in year 1 / but very soon after around 3 to 4 month / the Wells did not continue to deliver.
They now need cash to re stimulate. And Permits. I Hope they get the restimulation Permits for the 2 Wells. Seriously / I hope they do.

Stockdale. I guess I would agree with your MCap estimate of £24 million plus / IF .... AST had demonstrated Value for Money. Hutchinson freely states €50.000.000 Invetsed / although previously he was unsure / Quoting £50.000.000.
I would like to know what we have for €50.000.000 ? So where has the money gone ?
We didn’t even Drill New Wells. We went into 2 of the Best / most practical existing Wells and re worked them. (1 of them has a “Stuck Tool” down it left by an Engineer !! - Causing poor Production).

Given your wish for 1p @ £24m / then maybe we should wish for 2p ? Given that €50.000.000 has been spent.
But spent on what ?

I am also certain Dilution will occur and more importantly/ before any concrete News on Field Development Plan. What Hutchinson will do will carefully construct RNS over time to create a Cliffhanger to create a Share Issue / with the sole purpose of protecting his £15.000 a Month. He won’t get that anywhere else and Goodluck to him.

If I wanted to protect my Countries Natural Beauty I would Not License Development for Fossil fuels. Under the threat of Legal Action / Arso have now removed themselves from this / having issued the IPPC.

I guess if you were protecting your Countries Environment then the IPPC makes sense. It cleans up the Gas. However it isn’t Slovenia’s problem if they take a View to not burn Fossil Fuels when the World has made a commitment to reduce Carbon Emmisions / and drastically.

Yes Gas is best alternative re Fossil Fuels but the World has adequate supply from Russia and Iran (Political).

After reading between the lines I would be amazed if Slovenia allow AST permission to begin the Full Field Development Plan. This means issuing All 8 Minimum to 16 Max Well Permits.

Let’s see a Colin Hutchinson photo public hand shake with Slovenian Government and then I will re think my position on AST. Current Revenue’s are constantly eroding SP Value.

Gerry / I for one thought the IPPC Issue would include the Well Permits soon after / but having since realised the poor relationship Slovenia have with AST (It must go way back), then I now just don’t believe the necessary Government support will allow the Processing Plant to become viable. ie : We need Full FDP to be signed off / multiple Wells.

It’s worthless without accompanying Well Permits.

The current 2 Wells produced £5m in Revenue / Annum / but soon depleted. Leads me to believe they Over Produced early to give the impression more Gas there than actually was. 456 bcf ? ... Cannot Trust.

We need 4 - 6 Wells minimum/ because if 2 Wells fail it renders the Processing Plant redundant. In fact / you’d need 6 Wells pumping and 2 always in development to cover Risk.

Also AST would have to deliver Cost of Development on budget and they absolutely Never have !!

Unless Government sign the whole thing off for a Full Development and Extend the License ? then IPPC will never be built (That will take a Year / so make that 18 month minimum / by which time we are in 2021).

Also ; Does anyone think it a little strange ? “AST Partners note receipt of IPPC” ? It sounded Cold that re AST. Yes they have granted the Operator the License. But that statement does not read Positive re what actually happened !!

I think the Current MCap is a Quarter of what it was (0.5p v 2p) because everyone thought the IPPC was Thunderbirds are Go moment.
Now we realise the IPPC isn’t worth anything without the Well Permits. Also we will only attract Investment if we get 8-16 Well Permits as 4 - 6 Wells are necessary just to Break even to justify a £10million Cost of the Processing Plant. Then each Well is a £2million Cost add on Minimum.

It is all there to be had but the 2022 Licence renewal has to be of concern as it looms ever closer and even if Well Permits come / the Colin Hutchinson can not avoid communicating State of Play to Shareholders About this / by which time SP either Boom already or again open the door to seek compensation ?

The Processing Facility (If it avoids Appeal) is not Investable unless 4 to 6 Wells come online. We need both the IPPC and the Well Permits. One without the other is just Delay Tactics from Slovenia.

It is called Rotherham 125 but no activity yet. Vacant at the moment. Maybe waiting for that Big Order or two once Westminster press Green button ?
I’d say very good Site Based at Hellaby / Rotherham. Perfect location for following Reasons..
Good for Export being 1 mile Max from M18 which quickly links you to M1 or A1. It is located in a bit of a Light Industrial hub with various support services. Hellaby Hall 4 Star Pub/Overnight for Wine and Dine next door. I would say Unit about size of 1.5 to 2 Football pitches. Says 125.000 sq/ft hence Building is called Rotherham 125.
