Its ok, I treat them with a pinch of sand, it was just one of those ''what if'' moments. There were no unusual trades to back it up so it was of course highly unlikely. CASP are not too bad with leakage though but there is often a bit of unusual activity pre news.

There must be something coming soon now though. I have not been expecting anything over the past few weeks but it is about time for an update.

Yeah, the '1' trade theory from yesterday's trade didn't hold true for CASP, was hoping against hope that there might be something in it for once !! silly me.

AJ, I know mate, it's dire isn't it. Unless this recovers I am in serious Doodahs. I however disagree slightly and would say that they have actually completed various activities with varying degrees of success and failure. None have made a material difference to production other than keep it roughly the same as when we all bought in therefore it is not unreasonable to question the competence and value that our leaders contribute.

I mentioned the 4p 'bottom' in the short term at least on the basis that AC would not have a spend up knowing that the company is about to get into serious debt or conduct another fund raise. Previous buys at higher figures were done when there was an expectation of success with operations and he made a mistake much the same as everyone else that has been here for a while.

Thing is, unless we have a curved ball coming in from someone 'fiddling about' in another non producing well, we still have 3 months of waiting to do before there is nay chance of Z21 reaching a conclusion. Pumps are important to maintain our income but are not going to make much of a difference to the production figures other than keep it as it is.
May as well thumb twiddle or get out the solvol and polish those engine casings and survey all that is good and beautiful in the garage over the summer. There is nowt any of us can do other than sit it out--or maybe buy more or just cut and run. I can only sit it out and hope for the best which is not a great investment strategy at all.

Interesting that bb monikers are focussing around mud variables, maybe I should rename to mud pit, mud line, mud engineer, mud cake, mud slinger, mud flap, mud bug, mud maniac,or some other muddled name--there are probably hundreds more that we could think of while we await the 260....

I also took the purchases by AC is a positive in that he is unlikely to fork out at 4p knowing that there will be more fund raises at a lower price in the near future to acquire indo which kind of sets the floor at 4--at least for now.

Depends upon how accurate their report is but they mentioned sand and gravel packs twice. That to me was good news as Zen have not mentioned it in rns when talking about completions at Zardab. we shall see.

Chevron are doing OK out of Sumatra and there is a very long history of production coming out of there. Goodness knows what sort of deal Zen can put together though. Either way, debt or equity, it will be a cost to bear for a while.

I sent a couple of messages to Andrea. The first on several months ago to which I received a reply a day or two later. The second message, a couple of weeks ago was answered on the same day. In fact the second message that I sent was by mistake and the only word that got sent was the words 'Hi Andrea' because I had decided to re-word my message, delete it and start again but managed to send those two words. But--the man still replied, somewhat amused I guess but I got a decent reply about the current state of affairs.
TBH, It was quite impressive that during this busy time with Indo and planning for fund raising and reviewing company strategy he answered so promptly.
Clearly nothing of specific advantage was discussed other than confirmation of current position etc, A reply none the less.

No. It will take longer. Flowback rate is dimishing at the moment. 30 bbls a day is very little.

I admire your optimism and certainly hope that we are at least somewhere in the higher single digits by Christmastime. with double figures early part of the year.

If one looks at the prospectus and the anticipated production figures then they are not being very ambitions or optimistic by the looks of it. 1750 or something by 2020. TXP are at that figure now and have an SP of 15 with only 130 million shares in issue--they do have a chunk of debt though and I think that the net back is slightly lower per barrel due to higher costs. But---Using them as a benchmark, 2020 will be giving us about the same SP taking into account the extra shares--providing we don't go into debt and providing we don't capitalise and providing we actually manage to increase production. If it were guaranteed, what a fantastic opportunity there is at this price.

Saw this this morning with high grades near surface--it looked far better than GGP to me, Price was up 12% and sat there all morning, dropped back a bit so I assumed that was it for the day and promptly forgot about it. Another lost opportunity.

In reality and from reading the rns, latest and previous, they have a h*rd on for drilling into the Eocene and beyond, therefore I am personally resigned to a long wait until Christmas. We will of course get excited when they start rolling with the BD 260 and there will be anticipation of a result. For me, I have said for sometime that I would be happier to get it into production just to take advantage of a decent poo, especially if it gives us over 200 a day sustainable which in turn would satisfy our obligations for the 1.5 times 2015 figures--(just about), but the toys belong to the company and I suspect they will want to play with them and drill down ''just to see''. Which will ultimately equate to no completions this side of Christmas and Z28, Z3 and MOC-01 early next year-- In the meantime relying on some ESP's and maybe a low risk intervention or two.

However you look at it, the SP says it all, but the production supports the price and in theory it should support at least these figures. Should be a good entry price. Pity mine is over 10p--therefore I am definitely not giving any advice.

Pity about the two largish sells otherwise we may have even seen some blue today.
