No doubt it should have been near the top of the shopping list, maybe it was assumed to be included, maybe they all just 'forgot', but whatever the reason it was embarrassing and has been the subject of much ridicule with investors across other boards. I know I said they can drill without it, but they may not have ordered the equipment for rotary table drilling either-one never knows.
I mentioned before that it would be interesting to know what they didn't order for the mud system--e.g. the pumps !
Anyhow, I bought another 800k this week on the basis that the SP must go up from here.

They are also safer, better for unsticking stuck pipe, better for reduced wear on the bit, better for cooling the bit through injection of fluids when running in and out, usually have the elevators controlled by the driller as opposed to the roughnecks, the pipe joints can be spun in/out by the TD when making or breaking joints as opposed to a pipe spinner or those lethal chains where fingers are regularly removed.

Plenty of reasons why they are better, safer and more efficient and better to wait for it.

Sorry but I don't know. I am really only here for a small increase in my wager. The only person that can really tell us where they are and what is happening is the driller. The permutations are almost endless as to whether they intend to produce from the well or whether they will just dill it and test it open hole and close it in for later. If they want to keep the well then they will have to run casing. Casing looks a bit like a car aerial upside down and getting progressively smaller. . It costs money. It can be pulled if necessary. My initial response to ST was just a matter of saying that before posting something like cementing will take a couple of days, one needs to establish what and why cementing may take place at all. You can cement the casing if there is any, or you can just cement the well to shut it in and bugger off to the next well. Thing is, unless you are the driller, with the drill program and are in control of the doghouse, nobody else in the world will really know what the position is. Guessing and posting nonsense can be detrimental, therefore I was simply trying to encourage folk to look further and to realise that things are not straightforward and are complex. The 40 day target should be given a plus or minus 10 day window for example. Nobody can know what trouble the driller may experience. I have been 'stuck' for 6 weeks without being able to go in or out of the well, blockage above and below, cock up with mud weight, sloughing, directional driller with no clue, p'd off drill crew, poxy weather, all sorts of carp. So its better not to surmise or guess and just wait for the updates.

If you think they are cementing, then it means they will have to case the well first. Have they already run casing? What diameter was it it and to what depth? How much more do they need to run? Why not just log an open hole first and then case it.? Why would they case it at all? How many days to run the casing before they can cement it? You don't know do you lol. They don't just chuck cement down a hole, hence my comment to try and encourage you to find out more, not to come up with a childish reply. By the way what was the Barite for, do you think it is for kill mud or is it for replenishing lost circulation. Oohh now, lost circulation might be a worry innit, now why would that be then. Will the gas be liquid at depth due to pressure or just gas do you think? Have a look mate.

S7, Mr Popular on the Bloe board--lol. What you say I believe is a reasonable account of what is happening. Todays move upwards was a bit of a surprise and as you say, attributable to full on ramping which I have become sick of reading--particularly certain individuals and others that think they know a lot more about the O&G industry than they actually do. Anyhow, quiet over here for a few more weeks, sit back and wait--not much choice really lol. ATB.

I don't know a lot about him but a quick listen on a podcast or whatever it was today didn't inspire. There is however some comfort that U.J are the minor partner and more or less along for the ride. Mcap seems toppish already on first look though. Maybe I should look further to where the value is coming from unless the gas is expected and already in the price--I'm sure someone will put me right anyway :) I will look in again tomorrow.

Just dropped by for a look in after a fair bit of noise on Twitter yesterday and the price action today does look a bit strange unless the two late reported trades were sells of course. Based on the estimated 40 days for TD then the first signs of gas should be present about this time but surely something should be known after the weekend. TD should be somewhere around 5th if the drilling has gone to plan so there is not too long to wait for news one way or another.

You may have a bit of a wait until these placing shares are dealt with and there is further action on the ground. Gas infrastructure will be plus or minus 3 months away to enable the oil to be flowed and monetised. Bringing the reserves from 2c to 2p should have a marked effect. Haywood wanging his willy and buying up lumps of sand in Georgia may not help at all. 100% from here and back in profit with a bit extra. It can happen overnight but not tonight I suspect.

Yep, and surprising no effect on SP. Must be a seller around.
