He has previously said that Zen would be happy with 250, and I think that we all would be tbh. This target refers only to the Eocene layer which is the first step in the deepening process and doesn't include late Cretaceous which is stage 2. The second part referred to as Exploration also goes some way to satisfy socar requirements for an Exploration element to the agreement and will provide valuable information about this under explored zone. Cretaceous has produced in other parts of the licence area, therefore there has to be a reasonable chance of at least finding hydrocarbons. Playtime over for me, all the waiting has created negativity, idle minds etc. We now all need to up our game, be positive, spread the word attract new investors, traders and dare I say Degsy to bang the drum. JS, Yep the analogy to Bloe was amusing. Ironically I messaged Andrea about Bloe early in the year wrt their well intervention horizontal drill tool to see whether Zen were aware of it and whether it may be a low cost solution to improving some of those low producing wells. Bloe now near 15p from first buy at 2.95. Leaf out of their book is needed. They did have some serious good luck though and one could actually criticise them and their geologists and analysis of the potential because they got it seriously wrong. Maybe ours can do the same and make a right c8ck up by underestimating by a factor of 4 too.

Since last assembly tweet. Defo lost the thingamy pin. Rig should be assembled now and ready for testing and hook up to ancillary stuff at the drill site. You know, that trans axle connection on that Niva to drive the rig etc. If they are going to let the sand flow, it will need filter and separation and a waste route. Mud tanks and pump unless the pump is integral in the rig. BOP test, test the Christmas tree, link up to an oil storage tank or ten to cope with all that oil gushing out or is it going straight into that field storage tank they have just welded back together again. Hope they bought the flow meter and hope that it is calibrated such that it can cope with up to 5000bbls a day, we don't want any of this 500bbl maximum business innit.

Hi AJW. To what to we owe the pleasure? good of you to pop in unless of course you have taken the plunge here and if so, then welcome. There is so much potential here it is annoyingly frustrating that they are just taking too long to get on with it. When I fist saw the tweet from Bloe showing the well site set up well before drilling started I was impressed with its layout and the speed at which it was assembled and readied for work. I said at the time that other co should take a leaf out of the book that they were reading. Many of us are severely under water here with Zen, but remain invested due to the huge potential they have--or for some other bizarre allegiance, I don't now but Zen has the opportunity to replicate the recent success at Bloe and possibly go beyond their current potential (until they acquire more 'blocks'). We are as you are aware on the cusp of drilling which may happen in May, somewhere towards the back end. The drill is straightforward and could be completed within a few weeks therefore by June we should be in a better position than now. Past performance doesn't help current confidence and morale amongst long term holders--you will notice if you read postings lol. There is a lot to play for here and hopefully this time around they will be successful, followed quickly by another one of the same ilk. Anyhow ATB.

TBH whatever method works, it doesn't matter providing they have given it careful consideration and done whatever the best option is. Unfortunately it is one of those time will tell scenarios. App. I they don't do something about the sand after every numbskull in the world knows there are problems in Azer with the stuff then they all need to stand in a close circle and lean forwards as quickly as possible and then repeat as many times as necessary. There has only been one mention of it so far as I can recall in either an rns or one of the presentations and the solution at the time was slotted liner. Anyhow, we may not even need to worry about sand if it only produces 2 pumps and a squirt of oil. And unless they get their finger out we will never know. 12 months of fek all. Well, I am even more annoyed with myself for not just taking the 70k hit and putting the remaining amount into Bloe when I kind of knew it was the right thing to do at 3p.
