RE: RE: Small-caps should out-perform large caps over the coming decade23 Jan 2023 15:38
Hedgehog. I looked through Mello and for the life of me couldn't find a reference to Zen which I believed to be the purpose of your post. But now I understand that it has no relevance to Zen other than they are one of hundreds of other minnow caps and your point was that just because Mello believe that small caps will do well, then by definition so must Zenith. You refer to short term trading, well short term trading in my view is a few minutes in and out on a rising trend on one of the indices or an FX pair or maybe a commodity. Spread bet on £££ per point, take 10points or more and close the position. I made 3 'trades' this week when I had the motivation, each was just a meagre £2.00 a point. The 3 trades were on the same morning over a 15 minute period, each trade gave me between 12 and 17 points, almost £100. Beer money, but more than anyone has made sitting here waiting and waiting and waiting. Making reference to a.n other opportunity and marked as OT so as not to offend, referring to investment in a similar market to Zen is how folk with half an ounce of brain cells will look them up for themselves, do some research and decide whether it may or may not be worthy of a gamble. Some years ago I did the same thing on here with reference to TXP, there were synergies, TXP were working over legacy wells, Zen were doing the same. It was before TXP embarked on the Ortoire development, and their SP was in single figures somewhere around 8p or thereabouts, ironically Zenith Sp was in double figures around the same time.
