Ahh Mr Chain. I hadn't read the Auctus report when I last posted. Was just going on experience n that. I wasnt far off the mark tho. In the meantime mgmt are not sitting idle. Wouldn't be at all surprised to hear about further developments over the next 6 months. Not exciting enough for some though who will sell up and gamble elsewhere. Don't get too excited. Gas plant and pipework may need overhaul, recommissioning, inspections and sign-off by local govt inspector. It will need a new pipeline and tie-in to accept gas from 16-2 which may need some kind of permission, be built to an approved design, and signed off for use following inspection. 3-6 months at a guess before it's fully usable. Just my opinion so could be mies off. In the meantime, 30-60 days testing 16-2 with news updates, confirmation of drill spud and updates along the way, casing points, kick-off point to horizontal, vertical TD, full TD. oil shows, stimulation, gas, pressure, Christmas tree (probably around Christmastime), rig-off, well testing, oil storage tanks. Rig ready for the next well, get that drilled and completed, eat some easter eggs and off to the races, connect up to the gas network, forward sell the 'orl', bring in the tanker trucks. New non-op wells coming online, $100m plus a year income by next Summer. Pay off the debt, Mcap 500m SP 25p.

Zen silence normally translates to nothing happening worth a mention otherwise there is a big fanfare and a chest puffing photo shoot at the slightest piece of news.

The sell on news edict proves itself much more often then not. It is quite rare that when 'expected' news arrives that an SP maintains any early rise. However, unexpected good news from the left field usually has a lasting positive effect. PI's with money tied up waiting for the next news often sell up, keep the cash to buy the dip or buy back in advance of the next expected news to gain another 5% or so or just move on for another few % elsewhere. Not so many PI's buy and hold as most of the time its not a good strategy particularly when the SP is at a high or a resistance point. - or some dipstick starts the 'money raise rumour', or the passive negativity posting with the use of the word 'doubt'. Personally I don't doubt that the company will deliver over time, whether it be the current'plan' or another one that emerges and I don't doubt that even with increased interest rates I will do better with cash in Zphr than in the bank at 3-4% over a year. Personally, I'm looking at 6 months for the current play to complete. Pipework connected to the outside world, 3 new wells and 16-2 on line plus additional non-op wells on line. I would also expect additional plans and opportunities to emerge for further development and expansion. If there was a large portion of doubt about the company then the mcap would be less than half where it is.

I looked up the BLM website and located the data per month for the number of drill permit applications made.
N.B. before I am shot down here, there may well be some more useful data on the site but all I could find in a 5 minute search was the numbers of applications and not the whom or where the applications refer. The most recent month shown is for August applications 2022. There were just 91 applications which is less than most other months but the number approved was just 6 with only 6 applications processed. There are a further 238 outstanding and unprocessed applications to work through. Most other months show that from the number of applications a much higher percentage are approved and/or processed so maybe August is just a long holiday period or something. There is no numerical data for September applications and tbh I don't recall what month ZPHR say they made the application. It's a bit of a waste of time post (sorry lol) but if we are in the August figures, something appears to have gone tips up in the BLM office for UTAH having only processed and approved 6 out 91 applications which is unusual. If ours is amongst the (also ran's for aug) it's no surprise that we are still waiting.

Concur--good post Tim Adams--good to have some sensibility here as a balance against the conspiracy theorists and disruptive elements. If anyone in touch with CH can ask the question about ZPHR's thoughts or any feedback they may have from BLM then it would be jolly handy. tks

It's the same story across many small O&G companies tbh. All suffering from a wish list and a dream and not too much implementation and reality--often due to external forces, govt departments, materials supplies etc etc. Not meant to be an excuse for the Co, but just the way it is and likely to get worse ( said eeyore lol)

Overall, good news. Company exploring and developing different avenues. Hands tied with approvals outside of their control but in the meantime not sitting on f^t r'ses blaming everyone else for delays. Frustrated no doubt.

We have one of I.G's little daily rises in full swing. I'm happier when we are over 5 and heading to 6. :) ( as I guess we all are unless we are waiting for funds to top up of course) I added some last week in anticipation of a couple of months of activity at long last. -Well, hopefully!. 15-20p will be looking like a more realistic SP in 6-12 months time.

Well, I had both a few years ago until one company where I had about £150k invested lost 97% of it's SP. Just about wiped out. Now, billy noballsorcash.com. just need that 10 bag here that Malcy promised and all's well. By Christmas 2023 would be good. Not much to ask is it?.

not wishing to pour petrol on the fire but to assemble, connect and commission this equipment is not a double quick job. Using terminology like'when to civils is finished' could mean anything from that they haven't yet put a bucket in the ground and are are still conducting soil sampling and ground investigations, through to they are just waiting delivery of the concrete truck to pour the main slab. It didn't sound to me like it's an imminent event though. There may be a need to do some piling under the compressor base--(dunno, but it's possible due to vibration etc). Just have to guess!. There was no mentioned of the drill pad, access road or preparations either--although the interviewer didn't actually ask--maybe he was told to 'not mention the war' so to speak. On a bit of a downer at the mo folks, apologies for that. Malcy's comment about TXP being 'the share' for 2023 about says it I think. Better be off now and have a look for those marbles that I mislaid. G'luck all
