.."We didn't record the Q&A however in summary the Company continues to progress the Project. It has been a bit slower due to COP26 and all parties waiting to see what the outcome would be. The news that it was agreed that coal would be phased down rather than stopping altogether is positive. Hopefully there will be a further update before year end with more detail. .."

It would certainly make sense for GLEN to say ' we can be flexible on rescheduling/repayment of what you owe us /our bankers ($ 800 M ?) , providing you can give us some assurance where the funds will (eventually) come from'...at which point a pragmatic/well-advised C-B might agree to some access to (its share of) the cashflow from a new Chinese-led , GLEN-'supported' project.

We know from the SEZ title issue that seems to have nixed COIDIC that C-B is sensitive re sovereignty issues , which might prove a bridge too far...but who knows ?

Something along these lines might persuade GLEN to be more creative in its approach, especially if this afforded a semi-gracious exit.

Thanks for the various links.

PepTcell has 75%+ of ConservBio and 51% of Imutex.

Huston and Duncan are the only 2 Directors of ConservBio, both since 10/20 ; and (flwg Stoloff's departure 9/21) are the 2 Peptcell representatives on the Imutex Board (Huston 9/21, Duncan 8/20), with Buckley and Friel representing the hVivo interest since 4/20.

Stoloff , Huston and Duncan are all on the PepTcell board...and Stoloff continues as Director (10/08) of another PepTcell subsidiary, BioCopea, joined by Huston in 9/20. He's (GS) out of Flarin, as you say.

All looks like some tidying up to avoid possible conflicts of some interests...and to align others.

To be clear, that's Stoloff, not Duncan - the original subject of the thread.

If you look at the composition of the 4 - man board, SEEK has Stoloff and Duncan (who have both high finance and pharma/medical background), hVivo has Buckley (high medical) and CF (lower level finance, I would suggest).

I don't get the impression that SEEK will be a pushover to do something that doesn't suit it.

And they need a lot of flu cases to do the field study on .

If so - and leaving aside the Q of whether/how ORPH funds its 49% - there'll be several months before the flu caseload reaches 'desirable' levels [from a research point of view]...and then several months of analysis, before even starting the regulatory approval process.

And I don't 'get' how they would test 'universal' effectiveness on a routinely varying virus ?

Maybe this is a question - or 3 - for elric's Nov 3 presentation ?

JB is right, that was my understanding. Hence the reference to POLB's 'asset-light' model and Skillington's example of Inflazome (1 candidate providing proof of concept sufficient for Roche to take on...and spend the big bucks.

Does ConservBioscience want to spend the big bucks itself ?
Maybe that's what's holding things up ?

Challenge studies are great for Ph I or Ph II efficacy studies but they are not viable for Ph III trials. We have already conducted two challenge studies with Flu-v but a pivotal Ph III required for regulatory approval must be a large-scale field study. Thanks for the thought!

The GreenStone 6.97% new holding looks to be instead of , not in addition to the 7.01% previously held by the same Kulzyck family behind Polenergia.
In which case we should expect a TR-1 disposal RNS imminently....
Ncondezi's website has already been updated to reflect this new holding.
