My tack has never changed although the price sometimes does! I am still bearish. The stock only jumped because the uneducated fools on here bought because of what they perceived was good news!! Oh dear.

Actually Trisor I think it is you that is really sad. Backing a 3-legged donkey, being continually fooled by successive BoDs and yet still you believe. It is is both remarkable and sad in equal measure. £2m gone I’m 6 months and now your holding diluted by 20%.
If I can save just one person from investing by not following the crap that is pedalled by the rampers on here then I’ll be happy.
I do hope the structures you refer to include a new phone line at Virosynth!

I’ve seen an evolution too….
Huge increase in costs and staffing levels
No sales
No Revenues
Fire-sale funding hugely dilutive to all LTHs

Q. Do you agree with my assumption that Lanstead was the ONLyY funding option they had available to them?

I mean apart from keeping the doors open for a while longer (obviously very important) , can you not see how this completely fooks LTHs?
And why did Lanstead not just lock-in at these levels?

It is actually remarkable at the lack of knowledge most LTHs have on here.

Also worth considering in deciding whether this is a
White Knight investment or fire-sale funding

1. NNN agreed to pay Lanstead’s legal costs up to £20k
2. Lanstead gets 535m shs of which 37.45m have been given to them free!
3. Lanstead get their “investment” in NNN cheaper if the stock declines
4. In any case they get a 25% discount to 20day VWAP each month. Eg if the stock remains at 0.50p the next tranche of money they pay will be 0.375p!!
5. NNN issued new shares which means Lanstead own 21.59% of the outstanding shs and all LTHs holdings in NNN have been diluted accordingly
6. Lanstead chose not to invest at current levels when they could clearly have locked in at these levels if they had chosen to

Not me who said that although I do think it’s going lower. I mean what is the catalyst for it to go higher?

And also what are your thoughts on whether Lanstead benefit from a falling share price? You think you know everything so I’m interested to hear your thoughts….
