I mean except for the fact it was the only deal they could find in order to keep the doors open. If you think otherwise and this is some sort of White Knight investment then I’m afraid you’re sort of embarrassing yourself. Anyway, that’s what helps make markets!!

Actually there is something in there that I had missed…..Lanstead pay the proceeds based on a price of 0.55p upfront. I had missed that but. So we are now in a situation where NNN will actually be refunding Lanstead on a monthly basis, all the time the share price is below 0.733p. Mad!!

Well I believe you should care about the funding arrangement. It has diluted your shareholding in NNN and Lanstead are effectively buying 1m shs/day for 24 months at a 25% discount to VWAP. Those are the facts. Not a bad deal for Lanstead huh? In fact a deal so good that even the LTHS would have bitten their hands off!

I’m hearing that China will lift all Covid restrictions Q1 2023. They have to tread a very difficult path with the population given that they have always had them believe the Zero-Covid policy they have adopted and the severe lockdowns as a result was a price worth paying.
Anyway they appear to be starting with Hong Kong.
