It’s quite clear it’s a cut and paste. Look up any source for averaging-down or DCA and you will find exactly the same.
Not sure why I should re-write? But I’m happy to paste for you from other sources if you think differently?

Dollar cost averaging eh? Usually such a flawed strategy that ends in tears. Continually increasing your risk-exposure to a company with a declining SP
I thought the decision to keep corporation tax at 19% was an absolute winner. But only for those corporations that make money! Lol

The only reason the stock rose 200% ( from historical lows) is that that loads of mugs on here bought the stock on flimsy fairy tales and small buying from the BoD. So many on here have averaged-up yet again whilst the price falls. You were pumping this at 0.6p on nothing. Do you ever feel ashamed? Nah didn’t think so

Cuvio, I think you just talk your book too, albeit in a more eloquent and considered fashion. But if you really want protection from rats, best you not invest in this BoD then. Lol

Thank you for your reply. If I thought it was the right thing to do, I would. I absolutely would. But, at the moment, it is not an investment for me. I primarily invest in people. And I’ve never invested in a rat-catcher, particularly one who is not employed to catch rats!!

As I’ve always said a paper loss is a loss. Just go and ask your bank manager as to how he will value your assets. Or indeed how any investment bank values their books at the close of business each day. It’s called marking-to-market.
Anyway, in the case of NNN they have really nothing to mark-to-market. No assets. No income. No track-record of monetising ideas. So the finance deal reflects this.

But am I invested heavily elsewhere? In some cases, unfortunately yes!

It may be of no consequence to you your share dilution, I am simply saying that most on here would not have even considered that fact. It certainly was t a point highlighted by the BoD who have tried to sell this as a corporate investor. I, fir one, would have appreciated a bit more honesty from the BoD, an apology maybe fir ygg hier dilution, and an admittance that they’re want much of an alternative. You, plain-old telling the truth.!! Yeah right. And as for who has portrayed this as a good deal? I suggest you go back to the date on which the deal was announced and take a look. I’d say pretty much every poster except UG and I!!

Well I think I’m free-thinking, surely it would be easier for me just to believe all the space-men and multi-baggers on here??!! Or indeed Cuvio, who, I have to say is the one LTH on here who I do listen to. It would be interesting to hear his view on the financing agreement don’t you think?

But if you’ve been invested for any length of time then you have clearly accepted that being misled by the BoD is all part of it.
It’s frustrating that you cannot see it now but eventually you will. And it will be a costly lesson. Still every day is a school day

Let me put this in plain English. NNN have to try to polish this turd of a deal. A pig with lipstick. Your shareholding has been diluted by north of 20%. It’s no surprise the company deemed it unnecessary to focus on that particular point!!
We have all the same info to hand, but some have the ability to free-think, analyse and dissect. You do not. You will just blindly feast on the morsels of info that NNN spoon-feed you periodically. Oh dear
