TW thinks £1.875 per box or £112,500 per shipment and you think £4.45 per box or £267,000 per shipment.

If you are closer than the last 2 shipments are worth at least £380,000 to optibiotix, and I would hope a 3rd shipment sometime this month.

I was wondering when you work out your revenues for SEED sales to optibiotix is it a educated guess or was that suggested to you to be close as well?

I’m wondering if optibiotix could capitalise on their relationship with Holland & Barrett to sell the cholbiome x3 capsules? Surely this is a cross selling opportunity that would benefit both companies?

As a side note I wish they would actually say the names of the products released in the USA in the RNS. Just to get an idea of what products they are targeting.

It’s impossible to price this company now. After H&B selling like crazy this deal could be worth anything. It all depends how much effort and advertising they throw at it with territories of nearly 500 million people.

I was half expecting one as well, although the pr Newswire really only reiterated the agreement already in place.

Reading one of TW’s articles yesterday, he believes Holland and Barrett will be ordering a 3rd shipment of 60,000 boxes of SlimBiome shortly. He is assuming each shipment is worth 112,500 pounds to opti per shipment, and is well with a read,

It makes sense. If they are supplying 780 stores and online those 60000 boxes with 3 flavours are spread pretty thin.

If the next release isn’t the USA I think I will be an upgrade if forecasts for the year.

It was a good bearcast. I think opti will achieve well over 1 million in revenues in h1, I can’t believe the amount of people selling yesterday when revenues are just starting to accelerate.

TW reiterated what SOH said, 25% margins on retail deals. The only question is what price did they sell the product to H&B at? We will probably never know but can speculate.

I'm very impressed with the H&B rollout and the amount of effort they have put into promoting the new product, it was a good choice of partner by SOH. I know a lot of investors were hoping Boots would be our partner but I can't see Boots doing this level of advertising.

I still think the Optibiome division is a very niche market and the Probiotix division with LPLDL is far more exciting but wow the revenues are going to be good this year from these sales even on 20%-25% margins.

They are still treading water until the litigation progresses.

Too high risk for me still but I totally agree they could have done this sooner. It makes a lot of difference when you have capable people from the industry on board.

They count as potential revenues as they may not get paid. They are only a trade receivable at this stage.

SOH bemoans the fluctuations in the share price. My advice to him is be very careful what you say as this obviously hasn’t gone down well. If you say you’re doing second half revenues 5-6 times first half every investor expects that to be money handed over.

I have 198,000 shares here at a 51p average. I won’t be selling any of them I expect this year will be very good, but SOH’s last proactive interview wasnt helpful to the cause.

It could bode well for H1 revenues. I don’t see the point of guiding on revenues only to miss them a few weeks later, but there you go. Back to a small loss, time to hold and wait.

Debtors of over 500k which would look much better if it was revenues. I wonder if they were counting on some of that being paid in the last financial year?

How about he throws in a special dividend of skinbiotix shares as well to pep the statement up. It’s long overdue.

I know the profit forecasts of Goetz are wrong but I assume the revenue forecasts of 4 million in 2020 are still good? 1 million of that is sweetbiotix revenues, I wonder if SOH can elaborate of what is happening with this division?

A couple of things I have wondered about the seed product.

It contains 20 probiotic strains. What happens when they all get mixed together do they all retain their their benefits?

If 20 probiotics are used how much of that $50 per item will be attributed to optibiotix?

I remember SOH in a podcast earlier this year saying revenues from retailers weren’t part of his forecasts to hit 7-10 million profits. This was in case it didn’t come to fruition.

Maybe optibiotix will be upgrading forecasts at some stage this year?
