The value is insignificant to costain, but an interesting idea if it works.

There are worse places to put your money unvrkw, there’s a lot of risk to future projects priced in but the company’s cash position and cash generation is good.

Hs2 is the elephant in the room. It may get cancelled like the m4 contract, but even taking that away entirely the future order book is very good.

I’m just going to sit in this for a few years and reinvest the dividends. I’m still watching fox by the way, interesting appointment, let’s see what happens next.

I haven't really followed this company that much Fallingknife, so I don't have a financial position. It makes sense that cybersecurity is a fast growing sector, but if this is such a "hot" industry why would anyone sell their company to Falanx?

When I heard TW's bearcast I realised this company had gone completely silent for a very long time, if I had to take a guess Falanx's revenues will grow pretty strongly but they are still loss making. They will have burned through a fair chunk of their money but will have 2-2.5 million left, and SolarWinds revenues won't have started at all.

But with a market cap of 5.5 million and a fair chunk of cash and at least a chance of getting profitable it could be a lot worse.

I don't think they can extract enough unvrkw in block form to stop the cash burn. The factory is now in the wrong place, it really needs to be in Macedonia right by their sivec quarry. I think the Kosovo operations with the legal action are pretty much finished, win or lose, as the volume isn't there.

Sorry to sound pessimistic but short of winning their legal action I can't see a way out of this. Malesheve was the jewel in the crown and the closest quarry to the factory. Whoever takes control and operates that privately in the future will be minted.

Fox had a million in ash at the end of April, surely that must nearly be gone? The h1 results really need releasing now.

Just reading some of the comments the results were delayed as falanx’s auditing firm changed a few months ago. The results would have been released some time ago but the new auditing firm are questioning some of the options but these were very low amounts. The take away from share prophets podcast is TW thinks they shouldn’t hand changed auditors so close to results. He will also try and get MikeRead on for a tough interview which won’t be behind a paywall so fallingknife you will be able to listen to it without supporting the site financially.

I’m genuinely interested to see the results. As Tom said they are in the last chance saloon as they have disappointed continuously and as a shareholder he isn’t impressed. The Mcap is tiny now, just 6 million, they must have a fair chunk of cash left as well.

On a risk/ reward fallingknife I would think buying now isn’t a completely crazy idea. Didn’t they buy First base (is that right?) by raising money at 4.5p and then raise money from institution VCT’s at 3p to cover company costs and solarwind expansion? They would have to spectacularly mess it up again to drop much lower. It kind of makes sense to scale up as they were a sub size business to be listed on an exchange. If they can’t get profitable from what they have now they should delist and go private and save some costs.

I haven’t seen anything on this bulletin board saying any other quarry except malisheve was affected. Yes equipment can be moved to other quarries in Kosovo but they already had surplus stock there so what’s the point?

Malisheve was responsible for most of the confirmed orders this year so I don’t think shareholders have overreacted. Can the other quarries keep fox at break even? At the moment. - no.

It’s a long process and yes they may win, but meanwhile they will need to raise cash. He didn’t mention why the bulletin boards had confidential information on malisheve 2 weeks before an RNS.

Will people invest in the run up to a court decision? It would be speculative but potentially very profitable if fox marble won.

The results will be out within the next 2 weeks. The delay was having the new auditors question options with a value of less than 10000 pounds.

It’s a very good risk/reward and you can still buy in and qualify for the interim dividend.

I have been adding with my international share dealing account as well. It looks cheap even if hs2 doesn’t go ahead.

I doubt the preliminary results will be pretty either as their monthly sales reduce.

I feel sorry for the company they were so close to being cash generative then this happens. It’s always hard to factor in political risk. It’s a last throw of the dice but something good could come from it.

Spending review by the chancellor on Wednesday.

I think the only thing that will move this up apart from that is the ex dividend date coming up.
