Proposed Directors of Tirupati Graphite explain why they have requisitioned an GM. Watch the video here.
2nd part
The court case against the government Is not affecting business or relations as they have since voted in a new government and that was seen as the previous government's failing.
Local contracts are being obtained and going well. You should easily get a multibagger just by the business progressing and growing. But the court action could be a massive one off bonus for shareholders as well.
The case will be heard in London under Kosovan rules of international arbitration within 12 months. The Kosovans have found themselves in this situation half a dozen times in the last 5-10 years, by not enforcing their own laws on property rights and outside investment. Fox has a team of no lawyers who consider this a slam dunk breach and are doing this partly on a no win no fee basis. This is a dedicated team in London who do nothing else but international arbitration cases. The last time this happened the Kosovan government was sued for 58 million I think and settled on paying out 30 million euros to a foreign investor. Fox doesn't consider this to be malicious, but incompetence by government agencies.
Anyway they are suing for 195 million euro's. they expect to settle for less, and they expect to win. When they get paid they will do a share buyback or special dividend, and they expect the payout to be a multibagger of the current share price as well.
The 195 million price tag was based on the 40 year licence of the malisheve quarry that was just starting to be very cash generative and the impact on stone alliance.
Debts are all convertible loan notes and are manageable. They can't guarantee they won't need more money, it all depends when restrictions are lifted. If it happens soon they should be fine. Lastly no mention of th etemple contract and if that is still going ahead. All he said is the Indians are very fussy on what blocks they will take.
All in all a very strong presentation and this was made one of the tips of the year made by TW.
The good news is the company is very confident you're going to get all your money back and then some. The implication was they are behind where they said they would be, they are very sorry, but this will recover and mutibag in value.
This year they will be about breakeven with directors not taking salaries and all London staff furloughed except the accounts department. No quarrying at all but factory is going very well and still running. All factory and quarry staff pre Covid will be taken back on asap, there is no spare fat there and sales staff still working but maybe not all London staff will be needed back. Factory manager from Spain has taken factory to another level.
Next year company will be profitable and they expect to win court case next year and do a buyback of shares or dividend
The year after, 2022, highly profitable, business plan back on track and dividends paid out.
Block and processed sales still very profitable. Customers always pay costs, fox doesn't get involved in that part. Plan is to keep a certain level of block sales to china and india, but really concentrate on the processed side where the money is. They are also focused solely on projects not wholesalers or middle men.
I think SOH answers on why he can’t forecast and the difficulties managing people’s expectations were very good. Let the trading updates do the talking.
I suppose the other takeaway is that lpldl is still a way from profitability even with the Alfasigma deal. The sooner they can get it in high volume products the better.
It was still the best presentation I have seen SOH do. It was very focused on commercial traction and shows the potential hockey stick curve we are all dreaming of.
The bad, SOH wouldn’t do forecasts but explained why. Did not sound keen on doing on doing a sbtx dividend.
The very good. Prebiotic slimbiome division profitable in q1, will be very profitable by end of year. IMO that’s massive news this division being profitable in q1 especially as royalties come mainly in h2.
I think it confirms my previous thoughts that slimbiome will massively outsell lpldl, even though Goetz said lpldl would contribute twice as much to revenues than slimbiome.
It also suggests to me H&B are paying within 60 days for slimbiome q1 to be profitable.
I thoroughly recommend signing up for that investor show and paying the tenner, it was well worth the money. Adam Reynolds take on optibiotix was very interesting as well.
There aren’t any links I’m afraid but I will put a summary up later, the time difference with Australia means I’m watching this into the early hours. Fox was probably the strongest interview I saw today out of any company.
I will start to buy back in this year, and I wouldn’t if I thought it was going bust.
Nice to see slimbiome is selling like crazy. The remaining stock of boombod has been on a flash sale as well for a while but slimbiome is outselling it at 13-1 currently.
Will any of these sales filter into H1 revenues for optibiotix or will it all be H2? They might be another question for SOH.
Hey Andrew7.
There was an RNS on the 23rd March this year about an accounting change of year.
The 13months to end December 2019 will be reported by end of May 2020.
I think next week we should get a trading update for 2020 so far and then lady years full year results at the end of the month. We pretty much know what lady years revenues were anyway, it’s this years that are far more interesting.
I will have 3 questions for optibiotix.
When are we getting the sbtx in specie dividend?
Why haven’t we had a cholbiome deal with a major retailer in our home UK market? Would Holland and Barrett be a potential partner for this and other optibiotix products?
https://pierceesim.com/products/
Optibiotix products already advertised by our new distributor.
The usual minimum order requirements to keep exclusivity. Should be good, but if they don’t deliver they can be cut loose.
It should generate income this year so surely forecasts have to be raised with all these new deals?
I think I’m not bad at chasing down new products elrico but I have no idea how you found this yoghurt making product!
Looking at the link below:
https://www.4health.care/product/slimbiome/
I’m not sure if it’s strictly truthful or just trying to get people to rush to buy but they are saying over 1200 people have taken advantage of the buy 4 slimbiome medical and get 25% off offer.
If true that’s pretty bloody good!

Ten quid to sign up. Optibiotix are presenting and hopefully will be open to questions about their imminent results and trading statement.
My ticket is booked I hope to see you in a chat room there.
Nice find.
I'm signing up for May 8th below. Fox marble are attending and I have some questions to ask!

Thanks. You are right he is holding an axe over the sbtx share price. I’m not holding my breath for ever getting an in specie dividend of sbtx shares, if sweetbiotix comes good this year I would expect those shares to get sold down to raise more working capital. For that reason I am happy to add optibiotix shares but I won’t buy sbtx.
Two other takeaways from your interviews are the optipharm rollout may not happen until late this year if there is such a long lead in time to produce product and ship it. I hope it’s sooner.
And the Indian multinational that we shall not name may miss the slimbiome boat completely, other companies look like they are willing to move much faster. Their loss.
Thanks for the podcast Elrico, I just had a listen and will listen to share prophets one in a bit.
SOH came across very well as always. The bears should step back a bit and think this guy owns over 11% of the shares in the company and doesn’t take a huge wage. Dilution isn’t in his interest either unless it increases value.
If he turns this from a company with a 40 million market cap to 400 million as planned he will walk away with 50 million pounds. Well done to him if does.
