I'm not sure I understand the connection / concern. The listing value is based on the Songwe and Pulawy assets and will be driven by sentiment / appetite for rare earths and those projects in the run up to and at the time of listing. It's not connected to our Q3 results in anyway that I can see. I also don't understand the implied view that these results are bad. Imo there is nothing remotely bad in these results. Q3 results may be slightly better, as we could be starting to recognise revenues from Tyseley (all be it at a relatively low level given ramp up), but this has no baring on the listing value of MKAR.

My thinking was that this is why they highlighted the 8.3m in total warrant conversion post period end in the first bullet of the RNS, though they could have also added that this raised around £580,000. Magic thought that was suspicious, whereas I thought it was meant to reassure, so there are different interpretations. But I certainly don't think they put it upfront in order to signal that they were considering a raise.

For us LTH's all that has happened today (or yesterday if you read the results then) was that the company has confirmed everything is going to plan. Given that the successful execution of that plan will multi-bag the share price, the results are comforting to me.

As posted many times over the last week, I didn't expect any major upside surprises in the results as these would have been RNS's if they were material. We got some interesting nuggets and the cash position was a positive from my perspective. Results would be the obvious time to share any downside surprises e.g. delays in roll out of Tyseley or German plant and there were none.

The value of the company has therefore increased in my eyes and once I've freed up the funds, I will top up at this level. I can sort of understand traders or skittish holders selling today, but for anyone holding with a more than one month timeline, the news today was good, and they will be rewarded. I also cautioned against expecting a US DoD deal by end of August. Anyone thinking that was likely needed to check for multiple public sources for that information before acting on it.

Well W.O.S. let’s hope by the next set of quarterlies we’re generating revenue and have a successful SPAC listing, financial close on our first US plant and Germany plant on the cusp of opening. Oh and a few other tasty bits of news e.g. US grant funding and a new Japanese JV etc.

The 100k and 53k are buys though.

For balance, I would say that those three 50k trades look like sells to me SG. Clearly been someone selling in some volume this morning. Though I think the drop is overdone and will try and free up some funds to take advantage.

As a way of saying, we got plenty of warrant conversions which have added to our cash position as reported at 30 June. Read into it what you want, but to me that is standard.

There is no evidence that they need to raise Magic… and the outstanding warrants position is required to be provided in the results…

I personally think we'll bounce back and don't see a move down to test 34p support. Some may have been expecting something from the US DoD by now based on Myles' X post, but I think most on here realised that was a relatively long shot (at least in that particular timeframe). The trades we have seen so far in no way justified a drop of 4p in the bid. Well done to those who took advantage (I was doing the school run so wasn't able to!). 38.5p bid / 40p ask now, let's see where we get to.

Magic, see Kaeren’s post from yesterday. Production is in line with the RNS from early July at 0.5 tonnes per month initially, rising to 2 tonnes per month (24tpa) by end of year, and then 100-350tpa next year depending on demand (they can run one, two or three shifts on the equipment). Magnet presses ready within four weeks so we can start producing magnets direct for customers rather than just selling NdFeB powder to third parties as we are at present. Getting very strong enquiries from all sorts of customers, including OEM’s.

There is nothing at all worrying or unexpected in the results. Production and roll out in UK and Germany are on track. We knew about the outstanding warrants, we have talked about it constantly on this board, it’s all info in the market already. Anyone who knows this share well is not selling today. Not worried at all and looking forward to all the short term catalysts to come. Very little volume for a 3p drop in bid…

Not sure what the market was looking for from that RNS that wasn’t there? MM’s opened us down again and have now dropped the bid 2p on not a lot of volume… All that is needed is a bit of patience.

$4,430 was the key resistance which banks and shorters had been defending after four rejections near that level in the last four months. It’s gone, bulls have won, and the breakout is real. Listened to about 10 technical analysts at the weekend who all said the same thing. Only thing that can stop gold now near term is if the US jobs data (non-farm pay rolls) comes in better than expected and stops the Fed from cutting US interest rates in September. That is released on Friday.

POG currently $3,486. Next stop is breaking to ATH, and then blue sky for +$500.

All the macro commentators I follow on LinkedIn, even the mainstream ones, are all talking about Gold, gold miners and the outperformance. This is where the generalist investor (in Rick Rule’s words) starts to take notice.

As predicted on Friday, Good holding above its crucial $4,430 level into close for the month was super bullish and the true breakout has now begun. Target is now $4,000, and soon! Aussie share price reacting to the breakout. Load up while you can!

Good news that they are hitting their production targets at Tyseley as you point out Kaeren. Looks like they are set to have the downstream processing and magnet presses commissioned on target by end of this quarter (4 weeks time), which is great and means we will be able to supply magnets to customers rather than just the NdFeB powder we supply at present to third parties. They talk about continued strong interest in their products and mention again that they are exploring options for the potential to expand beyond current 350tpa nameplate capacity. All very positive.

Other interesting bits and pieces in there, including that the cost of the German plant cost $10.9m and that the German government funded $4.4m of it. I assume that unlike Tyseley, we will own all of the infrastructure ourselves. Sounds like it’s all on track for commercial production in the final quarter of this year.

Noticed that the EXIM loan would be for 10 years which is great news and shows that we will likely be seeing cashflow to equity holders very soon after the US plant is revenue generating.

Cash at 30 June increased from 31 March figure, and then we got the extra funds post period end from c.9m in warrant conversions and $500k to fund the SPAC listing expenses from Crown Proptech. Looking like cash shouldn’t be a big issue.

For me a positive set of results, in line with expectations and not mentioning any issues with UK or German plant timelines. Nothing very new in here but the details are reassuring and show us that things are going to plan.

My view is that this was not an actual deadline, but likely referred to the time period for the next set of meetings with the 10 US based RE companies (4-6 weeks after the original meeting date). Perhaps Myles could comment on the source, but I couldn't find any other public mentions for the 30th August date and have been clear that I don't expect an imminent announcement, and that I don't think people should build that into their expectations. If and when it happens, it would be amazing and we would sky rocket, but am definitely treating it as a potential (massive) bonus.

Haha, classic, the same statement that has been in the accounts since the company started nearly 15 years ago. You can tell the de-rampers are desperate when they use that old chestnut.
