From previous discussions on the BB the view seems to be late November / early December based on precedent timelines from BCA to SPAC listing. Management also have 40% of their RSU's (incentive shares) linked to closing it before end of the year. Agree that we want to strike while the iron is hot.

Agree silver, at least certainly when there's a pattern to them. The big buyers here have been accumulating on the down low recently (not in 500k trades) and are obviously keen to not spike the share price.

There's another 100k buy delayed reported buy at 40p from 11.12am and a £24.99k (Mr 99) delayed reported buy at 40p to go with it. All pretty obvious.

Ok thanks for the advice... yes there are sells (and we are down a fair bit since they started), feel free to point them out. I was pointing out the clear patterns in the large buying.

Another 100k buy at 42p from before close yesterday just showed up now, to go with the 98k one that showed up late last night. Definite pattern here, with MM's fishing in the morning and strength in the late afternoon / into close, with big buys not reported until hours after close / the next day.

Shake over? Back to 40p bid / 41p ask

Looks like more strange MM action this morning. A buy of 17k at 41p, followed straight after by the ask being dropped from 41p to 40.5p and the bid being dropped from 40p to 39p. They are definitely keen to drop this whenever they get the opportunity.

Looks like our 20-25k buyer from yesterday afternoon may be back again this afternoon. The patterns continue.

Very weird action this morning. MM's opened it down for no apparent reason. 6 of them are sitting on 41p on the bid and 43p on the ask, no-one wants to seem to make a market. INV. (Investec?) have moved down to 42p on the ask and then soon after have retreated to 43p. Definitely strange behaviour.

Another 100k buy from yesterday just reported now. Don't know where they got all the stock from for all these buys yesterday afternoon. Suffice to say the book has not been square yesterday afternoon and this morning, based on the trades that have been reported.

There definitely seems to be a lot of lining of pockets going on in the States right now, at an even more elevated level than normal (it's what they all do over there). Nevertheless, I don't think MM's opening us down for no reason or any other recent SP action has anything to do with the US government / politicians insider trading. They'll be profiting in US companies and crypto, where it is easier for them to do so. Will be interesting to see if interest picks up this afternoon like it did yesterday, which would be a further sign of general US investor interest / stake building.

Second Quarter results were released on 30 August last year. The operations at Tyseley started post period end, but they may provide some commentary on it. Early days though, they are ramping up from 20-25tpa now to 100-350 tpa (depending on whether they use 1, 2 or 3 shifts) by next year.

Julian may have a questionable dress sense, but he has been very successful in his career and is as committed as a CEO can be given how much he has invested in Cotec.

I'm not sure where your concern about attracting serious money comes from. We are in talks with EXIM (said they would consider up to $92m of debt for a c.$130m overall funding requirement) and two private banks. We are also in talks with offtakers around offtake financing and third party investors about equity financing at the project level. Add to that the grant funding conversations that have been mentioned and the fact that Cotec were over 30% oversubscribed in their recent $15m undiscounted equity raise and I really struggle to see any issue with funding at all. The bigger problem may be deciding what financing route / mix to take...

Can sell 50k above 42p, good strong buying pressure into close and a nice recovery on the day.

Well someone is definitely very interested and taking 20k+ chunks at a time. I think it's likely to be American based interest.

Someone is bidding hard, can sell 100k for 41.99p, while advertised bid is 41.5p.
