Looks like 5x 50k trades in total so far, with the two at 1.05pm most likely to be sells. The next three could be either as my 5k buy at the same time went through at 40.5p when both the bid and ask were at 40.5p, but probably more likely to be sells given the other price action. Even if all five are sells, that wouldn't justify a 5%+ share price drop, so maybe we'll see some more turn up later.

No debt, cash unknown, latest figures from the quarterly results was over a million (can't remember exact figures but you can check them) and add to that warrant conversion funds. We also got over $500k from the BCA deal to spend on our SPAC listing expenses. Q2 results due imminently so we'll find out then.

Most of the outstanding warrants are at 7p strike, with the latest broker ones at 8p strike. If you look back through my posts to 15th August you can find much more detail on this.

For info, in case it helps calm any nerves, I can currently sell 375k above bid at 40.1p, that's £150k's worth.

LockerRoom, the shares relating to the warrants that have been issued were clearly forward sold on the rise up. They didn't convert their warrants and then sell them into the market. This was why the rise was held back in the 20s/30s and then in our first run up to mid 40's. Now it is entirely possible that further warrant related shares are being forward sold / warrant holders are selling their main holding to be replaced by warrants, imo you are wrong to say that there are lots of ITM shares from warrant conversions floating around in the market. You also don't appear to be familiar with how the MM's operate on this share, and in general, by taking advantage of both greed and fear. In this case, potentially the latter. As I and others have said, consolidation while technicals cool off is normal, but what we've had in the last hour is not that.

With respect, look at the trades reported today and tell me again a 5%+ drop is justified..? If we get very big (like over 500k+ total) delayed reported sells then fine, but so far we've had none. Consolidation in a new range is fine, dropping it 5% on nothing is games. Anyway, I've taken advantage with my top ups now complete, at nearly 30k.

No problem Johnboy. This is just my take, and once you are up to speed you'll be able to interpret what this kind of article means yourself, which is a much better position to be in than relying on the views of someone you've never met.

Btw, I can sell more than £100k well above bid, so feels like a shake to me, although there must be some large delayed reported sells later, or it would just be egregious.

Johnboy, I think you need to do some more research on your investment so you can assess for yourself what the article means. The article talks about a long loop recycling plant in Germany struggling. It mentions depressed NdPr / Neodymium prices, which is clearly a very out of date reference given they are up 60% in the last year and 30% in the last month.

The long loop process is more expensive and more energy intensive (Germany currently has some of the highest energy prices in the world), so our German competition is struggling to make a profit, which is probably actually good news for us, as we have cheaper production costs, much lower energy needs and capex that has been over 50% funded by the German government. I read the article as good news for us.

For them to drop the price like that it's either a ridiculous tree-shake, or they have had a massive sell/are filling a big sell order. It's not the way warrant action has played out in the past, but who knows. Anyway, I have taken advantage for over 20k.

Yep, portfolio fully invested. But have a few liquid stocks, with low spreads that I can trade in and out of to take advantage of opportunities like this. Have bought just over 10k in two trades in the high 40's.

Went for lunch and returned to see a very strange drop based on little/no reported sells...

Definitely top up time at 40/41p, just need to find the funds!

Japan is the biggest consumer of rare earths outside China and currently do its high end manufacturing industry RE consumption is a lot higher than the US. It does have more domestic production of magnets when compared to the US, and has direct deals with Australia for the supply of RE oxides. When China cut it off in 2011 due to a territorial dispute it had its wake up moment (the same one the US has just had) and reduced its reliance on China from 90% to 60%. It also has a stockpile so is less effected by current export restrictions from China.

Agree, awesome work Biffa, certainly going the extra mile there! I wonder what kind of impact a Japan announcement could have on the SP? Obviously depends on the nature of the announcement, but if we were to get something the same or better compared to US deal surely we are blowing past 50p and then some?

Yep, letting it fall back on very thin trading, always seems to be the way. Good thing is RSI is cooling off, and we should be well primed for another move up when activity picks up again.

Good to see the level of interest in this share / BB has picked up so much. In the 9+ years that we've been on AIM I'm pretty sure we've never had as many recommendations for a post as we have for Myles' last one (currently 39). Bodes well.

Yep, lowest volume day since Thursday 7th August. I had a small top up this morning in the 42's. Confident it will prove to be a good decision over the next few months.

Selling at a much higher price than in April it would seem Bonker. I think the cat is out of the bag here, and regardless of whether Chinese exports start flowing, their actions have set in motion events which mean we're never going back to a world in which China supplies 90% of refined rare earths and RE magnets, at least not to the West.

By the way, I can sell 325k shares at 42.25p, that's £137k. Someone is accumulating for a big order methinks! Don't let them part you from your shares... A small top up from me at 42.9p.
