Yep, Berenberg doing their usual funny business and jumping between bid and ask. They are currently back on the bid at 43p. Even if we stay right here (43.5p mid) we'll beat our ATH close. I imagine that would look very nice on a weekly chart!

This is what we thought would happen earlier in the week after we reached a new ATH i.e. smooth sailing through the 40's with little resistance. But we obviously then had the warrant related shares being sold into the last rise which dampened it. Doesn't appear to be anything holding it back this time.

And just after I post that they raise the official bid to 43p. Potential to get to a new ATH close today!

And we did. Also see that a delayed £24.99k buy just turned up. Looking like another fantastic Friday, and who knows where we'll end up.

Yep, while this morning's RNS did 'warrant' some discussion, there are a lot more exciting things to be focussing on. The main thing for me is that the overhang is gone for now and we can start rising again ahead of all of this big potential news, one item of which STN has pointed out below.

If the remaining 18.56m warrants are exercised the company would receive in the region of £1.3m.

We had 825k at 43.045p just after close on Tuesday (reported on Wednesday) which I said at the time could be a worked sell. Add to that 350k at 41.21p post close on Wednesday which also looked like it could be a worked sell. There was a 650k delayed reported trade last Friday post close at 34.5p (reported Monday) which again looked like a worked sell. Then 150k and 250k trades reported after close which look like sells, plus a whole host of 50k sells over the past week and you can fairly quickly get to 3.25m.

Sorry didn't see the expiry date question. All the warrants have the standard 3 year expiry date, so 26.25m in September 2027 and 1,459,375 in February 2028. You can see that some of the broker warrants from Feb have already been exercised from the 27th March RNS given the total was 209,375.

25m September placee warrants are at 7p, 1.25m September broker warrants are at 5p, 1,459,375 February broker warrants are at 8p.

By my calcs cyber they had 27,709,375 warrants outstanding post the September and February raises - 25m for placees and 1.25m for broker from September placing, and 1,459,375 broker warrants from February placing. We've had 9,149,375 exercised since then, which leaves us with 18.56m by my calcs. The good thing is that warrant issues will be a thing of the past for us now, so once these are gone they are gone forever.

The Chinese price is the very minimum that anyone in the West will be paying. They are also likely to be paying a premium as you guy mention Squirty. But as Bonker says, the underlying Chinese price still matters and the fact that it is on a complete tear right now is extremely healthy for us. As the underlying Chinese price goes up, the premia paid in the West doesn't all of a sudden reduce. So as the underlying Chinese price goes up, the price paid in the West goes up too.

I think I’m cricketed out for now until the Ashes. Was a great summer, great test series and frustrating ending. Watching the SP is enthralling enough though, don’t need any more drama/tension in my life from watching English cricket or Mr McIlroy right now. Hopefully by the time the Ashes begins we have a successful NASDAQ listing, two operating recycling plants and Final Investment Decision (FID) / project commencement on our Texas plant and I can relax once we’re in the £’s…

Moving fast, 41.5p bid vs 42.5p ask. No sign of any overhang right now. If the big buyer turns up today we may be in for some fireworks.
