Andy, good afternoon. I’d be interested to know your thoughts on what you feel will happen in reality, why you aren’t really worried. Do you, for example, believe we are well-positioned to keep to the 2026 target for production, without further damage to our shareholdings?

I’m trying to ascertain, based on the evidence since the concession award, what premise we have, other than hope, for continued optimism. Do you feel, for example, it could work massively in our favour that the Malmsbanan is in need of an upgrade? I’m speaking about LKAB and the avoidance of importing ore, when they can use ours for H2 GS. Seems like it’s a sensible option and perfect solution perhaps.

So, to also confirm, do you know if the Court of Appeal is considering the Sami case now, for a result after September, or is it considering the case only in September? I’m not sure. The reason is that Kurt mentioned he’d keep us updated on the Sami front and he didn’t really do that.

Andy, yes, who knows when? I’m worried, but glad that some shareholders aren’t. And I hope you are right not to be. I’m obviously very concerned about the sp and hope we aren’t burning through the funds raised lastly at a rate of knots. We don’t know what’s actually occurring. A problem for me.

Sooz, maximising the award by either having a buyer lined up who would undertake the environmental permit application themselves (LKAB, for example), or a better plan of focus for immediately doing the Scoping Study, rather than it not being ready to be undertaken until the end of last year. Also drilling more of the resource to mineable standard. Certainly not throwing more money at Kosovo, like we did again in January. The plan wasn’t in place, whichever plan, immediately post-concession. We are still awaiting commencement of the Kal PFS, which could also have been started last year. In my opinion. We received the concession award 14 months ago and have only done a Scoping Study. No PFS yet, no further drilling. Environmental permit will take time, granted, but end of this year/beginning of next for submission alone isn’t exactly fast business, considering we’ve done a lot of the hard work already in the concession application.

Suggesting I shut my eyes when things get bumpy doesn’t make it go away. Lol.

Sooz, does that mean the Sami can no longer give evidential support towards their case though? My thinking was if the Court asks for it, they will not be immediately forthcoming. Obviously I’m hoping the Court now has all the info to make a decision, or judgement.

Chute, I wouldn’t be surprised. The Sami will possibly provide as little information as they can, drip fed, to prolong our agony. Unless the Court specifies precisely what extra it needs and by when.

Been a long drawn out one already, and they haven’t even got down to it. Lol.

We did fulfil the criteria for the concession though, so they couldn’t say no. Knowing that, they did the next best thing, strung the decision out for as long as they could. Yes, thank goodness the Greens got voted out or we may have still been waiting.

I tell you what though, I’m really weary of it all now Sooz, it’s been one thing after another and then finally when we do get the concession, we aren’t prepared to maximise that stunningly great news. You did say it would be bumpy, but I bet you didn’t see 1.8p coming. If you did, then you are an oracle.

Sooz, you should maybe appreciate that this is still being mismanaged to some degree. We haven’t a firm idea of what is going on, because we aren’t being kept up to date on the projects.

Yes, that’s true as well. Investors may see the only payday here as 2026 and so are gradually moving their funds elsewhere, but there also hasn’t been the upwards momentum via news to keep some of those same investors involved. Then there’s the case of actually being wary of the reasons for no definitive and frequent news. Shareholders need to know what is occurring with their company, specifically, detailed plans for work and regular progress reports as to how said work is progressing, and if not progressing, why not, etc.

We know how it should be, but the company tells us very little. Hence the frustration, and the ailing sp. Had there been a structured plan for immediate implementation following the concession award, then it’s unlikely we would have had to resort to giving such a huge discount on that last fundraise. You know very well that I’ve kept hold of my 3.16p Option shares, so the 2.06p cash call sticks in my throat, as I’m sure you can appreciate, because with even simple planning, it should not have been necessary.

So yes, we need great news, and you know, I’d be happy if we were sold, after what we’ve been through. If only to remove the further worry of what could occur to our holdings if we push for production.

As things stand, on the face of it Sooz.

Sooz, if we keep raising funds at a 40% discount, and can’t get this sp into a healthy place before the next fundraise even, we can forget about 2026. Our shareholdings are already decimated. Unless you’ve traded of course. But you get my point. It would be lovely to see us go into production ourselves, but the reality is we are paying for it already, and it looks like we probably should have been parcelled up to be sold following the concession. A buyer sought. I have to say, even though I have been optimistic and adopted some blue sky thinking, it looks grim at the moment, and has done for some time.

We are, however, lacking news. No news on Kosovo for four months, supposedly drilling in Spring, no update from Kal for over three months. The most recent fair news was of the Ukraine collaboration at Grafintec. But we don’t know how that PFS is going, if it’s still in the process of being completed.

You can see the problem. I’m just praying Aug’s theory is correct. Why otherwise can’t they tell us what is going on?

I would say that you are probably more optimistic than I am.

We fit well into the jigsaw, it’s such a shame our investment is continuing to bomb. It’s completely frustrating, and that’s putting it very mildly.
