Sooz, that’s a very good question, and why today’s RNS lacking any real clarity is pretty shambolic. As you’ve also mentioned, what about the Kal PFS? Ulla would have managed that process for Jokkmokk Iron, so will the PFS still be undertaken? We don’t know, but not by the sound of it. The problem is if Ulla steps down, we’ll also have nobody running Jokkmokk Iron. Same for Rasmus and the Grafintec project. Where’s that PFS? We don’t know what he’s been told do we? To stop working?

Sooz, looks like Ed has come in to parcel us up for sale. Not even a JV, or surely the environmental application would be a priority for completion this year/early next, as was planned. Acceleration even, before year end, rather than deceleration with no timescale for its submission now.

I wonder if Ulla and Rasmus feel peeved?

I’m thinking about it, but to have only been told a new guy has come in to ponder our strategy for six further months with no other operational update is akin to treating shareholders with utter disregard.

The knee-jerk reaction to perceived bad news is usually overdone, so not surprised the sp is recovering a bit in Sweden. We still have many days of total uncertainty ahead, and the AGM will hopefully be interesting. Especially as it’s in Sweden and we’ve appointed a non-Swedish CEO again. With only 21% of shares held in the UK. Lol.

We must trust that regardless, Ed is the best man for the job, whatever that job is.

Sooz, we still have the Sami objection pending as well, so I’m sure today’s news may be music to their ears. As in, we have shelved pretty much everything for another six months.

Morning Sooz. Yes, and with 79% of the shares as SDRs held in Sweden then I’m not sure why we haven’t done so. For Ed to take six months to look at everything is also very poor, and yet it has ‘immediately’ been decided that our environmental application will no longer be submitted this year, not even pushing for it.

It does seem that we’ll be looking to tie up a deal within six months or so and in the meantime will do no work on the ground in order to preserve current funds. So do we need to retain Ulla, Rasmus and Johan? Lol. I wonder what Rasmus and Ulla make of it? The workers! Was the Finland PFS immediately halted after Kurt left? If not, where are the results?

We have only been given vague and far too general information in today’s RNS. Crap!

I have to say, I was hoping for someone Swedish to take over. To push ahead with the environmental application and get that submitted. I agree with SJ about the few lines telling us the application will not be submitted this year. Why not? While the strategic review is being undertaken by Ed, what will Ulla now be doing? She’s the one who seems to have been pushing the progress for us and trying to sort out the railway issue.

No operational update for the projects is shocking. The Finland PFS results are overdue and we don’t know whether the spring drill programme in Kosovo even started. No Kal PFS now then I take it. Also, Vardar had a further £250k from us back in January and done what with it? I feel we need an update up to the point of today’s RNS.

Hi Aug. Well yes, the concern being that any deal is done while we still do have a share price. Lol.

I think we better tie this deal up sharpish then Aug, before we have to fundraise again. Can we take another 40% discount from these levels, in the absence of news to raise the sp? Nope! Nor should we.
