The money given to Vardar has at least seen us gain a controlling interest in that company. What it will mean for us as Ed is now brought in to contribute with his part in the strategic review, well, we obviously don’t know yet.

I know you’ve filtered me Pocko, but surely at least some of the submitted questions from shareholders were answered at the AGM.

Lb, I agree with much of that, but we don’t know whether Ulla or Rasmus for that matter will be continuing to develop the projects. We haven’t enough information. Yesterday’s RNS was a load of boll.ocks.

SJ, we don’t know that there’s no plan. The existing plan of trying to submit the environmental application by year end/turn of next has changed, and we have money in the bank for that and to undertake the Kal PFS, so we don’t know why things are suddenly different. There must be a plan, to have halted the stated work. We just haven’t been informed as to why or what. Finland PFS, no sign of that either.

If there’s no new plan, where are those Finland results?

Anyway, I can’t participate in any future fundraise, it was a stretch to do the last one, but if the new guy can’t get the sp up beforehand it won’t look pretty. What a shambles. We’ve been treated very badly as shareholders, and we’ve invested in good faith in the last fundraise, due to the existing stated plan. Money to be raised primarily to focus on Kal. Rapid development was mentioned by Kurt, but that now sees us pulling back on the environmental submission, when much of that important groundwork has already been completed in our concession application.

It’s difficult to fathom, while the Board starves us of information. Purposefully it seems.

Sooz, Johan mentions that the strategic review is currently underway, and that it will take six months to complete. He didn’t however say when the review actually commenced. So do we take it that he means six months from today’s RNS to complete? Could be six months in total from whichever date it started. Lol.

Yes, thanks Andy. It doesn’t help, but of course we want to get the submission spot on. Not sure what has specifically changed that the original timescale can no longer be adhered to though, but if it’s been revised as to definitely not before year end, then surely there are precise reasons that we should know about and a new date forthcoming. For it to be delayed without a precise explanation or a new date given is absolute rubbish.

SJ, yes. We raised the money a few months ago mainly to advance the Kallak project, and that isn’t apparently happening, so why not, and what is?

roller, i don’t feel this is kurt’s fault. he was all for developing the mine and submitting the environmental permit by year end/turn of next year. making progress. the pfss to boot. this latest showing is a complete curveball and the rns has told us very little, apart from throwing everything up in the air. maybe kurt knew this was coming and that’s why he departed, because on today’s evidence only from the rns, it is an undoing of all of his hard work. i don’t suppose our swedish friends are too chuffed with the rns. why not accelerate the environmental application after waiting so long for the mining concession?

anyway, maybe the agm will reveal more than the****** we’ve been presented with today.

Pockles, I tend to agree. The investment in Vardar has so far only seen us use state-of-the-art technology to achieve more and more areas of promise to explore. Hardly worth it.

Or is it? The point being, we don’t have a clue what is planned, but we do know the decision to confirm that the environmental application isn’t going to be in this year as planned was swift, yet it will take another six months for Ed to examine everything else. Lol.

As Sooz says, we could probably rip through our existing projects and decide what needs to happen in roughly six days.

SJ, it’s always at our expense isn’t it? We have an excellent asset with Kallak, world-class, so now we’ve raised the money we are delaying our commitment to submitting an environmental application, after waiting nine years for the concession decision. Lol, I’m weeping.
