Hasty, thanks for the reply. I’m not touchy at all though, you are wrong about that. You are entitled to your opinion but I’m just sick of listening to it, as you are mine. Suzy is her own person, we just so happen to have very similar views and remain invested in this company. I don’t believe the sp will “rocket” with the PFS news, I’ve never said it will, it may rise a little, but the more work that we see completed, the more value will be added. I don’t feel that is irrational is it?

While the bb is so very quiet, a bit of talk between friends is also fine by me. Sorry if you don’t like it. Again, personal opinion. I agree with you re the sp, it is quite pathetic when considering we now have the mining concession, but we are still making progress. We have two major areas of interest in Sweden and Finland and one not so advanced in Kosovo, which I’m sure many of us would be pleased to see spun out due to cost to date.

If you’ve written off this investment, then fair enough, but not all of us have, we are more optimistic or still hopeful, let’s say, so I suppose we won’t see eye to eye with those who continually berate the company or it’s CEO. Former CEO. As for having an opposing view, each to their own, but if you think in an opposing fashion there’s no need to be rude to other investors. That’s what I take exception too, so having taken it, I’m then willing to dish it out as well, as unpleasant as it may be. I’m quite emotionless about it.

If you’ve written off the investment then I don’t see why you keep checking in on it to read the posts Hasty. Just set an RNS notification and have a look then perhaps.

Hi Lb, interesting post. What are the necessary ingredients that we are currently lacking then, in your opinion? We are (unless informed otherwise) strengthening our position by completing the PFS x2 and preparing the environmental application. We remain in the dark as to who the new CEO will be, but their appointment should, we must trust, provide the right expertise with the necessary drive to enable us to get where we need to be. Whether it still be a 2026 target for the Jokkmokk Iron and Grafintec projects, or something completely different. Preparation for our sale perhaps.

Hasty, but what is the point in being a pessimistic investor all the time? Might as well sell and move on.

Any optimism here I would say is based only on facts, those being, that we have a mining concession for the development of a world-class asset, are currently well-funded again and in the process now of preparing an environmental application for submission by year end/turn of next. It seems the railway updates should become a future reality as well, not yet a fact, but other than Kurt stepping down, as far as we know, the planned work re the two PFS undertakings is still happening. The sp is shocking, we know that, a fact, but it’s stable, with room for improvement. Losing a CEO and not having a replacement immediately isn’t necessarily a bad thing either, if the interim CEO is capable and already familiar and/or involved with the Company. It at least lends itself to a certain level of additional stability, until the ideal replacement (if not Johan himself) is sourced.

I’m sure we would have preferred another update within the last couple of weeks, but one shouldn’t be far off, in my opinion.

You used the word ‘vacuous’, which suggests a lack of intelligence or thought on the part of those who are still hopeful. I would suggest you now explain then just why we shouldn’t be, why we are perhaps utterly thick, when compared to you, even though there is factual evidence to the good re the Company’s continuous development and future prospects.

Hi John. That’s a great point. The environmental permit being secured would be an enormous further derisking factor. I’m sure many of us can wait around for that as well. We’ve been invested for a very long time, so remaining involved to see the larger potential upside is surely a must, if we are able to do so.

Aye, the news on the railway was good, and it demonstrates that Ulla is trying her best to push us sharply in the right direction, with the 2026 production target in mind. If the railway is to be upgraded then it will also be a real boost for us if we are placed in the shop window. Or if, for example, the railway upgrades swing it for a company looking to make a bid for BEM, or part thereof.

Only my thoughts. I don’t believe we’ll make it to the production stage Sooz, even though it would be great to see. Surely a larger company will be monitoring our situation and potential upside, as we drive towards the green transition with our high grade product.

Now I fancy half a Guinness. Lol.

Sooz, yes re the PFS, but if it starts later it’ll finish later. Be good to know whether we’ll stick to the Q2 timescale for commencement. Still half of Q2 to go though I suppose.

Yes, fair point re maybe not a total sale, keeping Kallak and pushing on with it. After all of these years being invested, it would be fantastic to see the whole project through to production. I’m just exploring my thoughts and feelings, while we still have this news silence since Kurt’s departure. Can’t be sure what is going on until we hear, but I do feel we need some news to go at. Next week hopefully, if not tomorrow.

I’m not certain on the AIM criteria for remaining listed, although I seem to remember that the sp needs to have certain periods of stability, which we do have, even with a low number of daily trades. We also have a substantial amount of cash in the bank and the Swedes showing support still on Spotlight.

I have also pondered about us being delisted on AIM, but not in a bad way, more the case of us existing just on Spotlight, listed only there, converting our shares here to SDRs and so on. So we are totally Scandinavian based, including stock market platform. Jokkmokk Iron could potentially then be the header company instead of Beowulf.

I’ve thought about it only because of the high percentage of Spotlight investors now. Ownership shifting away from us UK shareholders.

I’ve also thought that I’d quite like a pint of cider right now too. Lol.

Mornin’ Sooz. Hope you are doing ok. The thread view thing I don’t use, as I prefer to see the posts from all threads combined as they occur on a rolling basis, so I don’t really look at the thread titles and click on each thread at all. I reckon it makes things more interesting.

Hoping we receive news before long anyway, as the longer Johan leaves it the more the concern will grow, in my opinion. Now half way through Q2 and still no news of the Kallak PFS commencing, for example.

Do you feel like we are being prepared to be sold? It has crossed my mind, I must admit. 🤔

Dire number of daily trades though, as you mention. Uncertainty never helps, so we could do with substantial news to the good.
