I'm wondering if the processes in Sweden have always been like a trail of slugs, throughout their thousand year mining history, or if it's specifically the last couple of coalition Governments that have brought their bureaucratic tomfoolery to the currently unacceptable levels we see today. Dunno, but Sweden sliding down the rankings points to more recent frustrations in the process, rather than it be the same in days of yore. Quite possibly, I reckon ye olde miners would have claimed the land to mine with a flag on t' stick, delineated the area with rope, then started building the infrastructure, while telling all trespassers to either push off or face immediate death. Lot to be said for the good old days. Hi Ho!
