No reason for the Government to draw matters out further, in my view, unless, as Goog mentions, the current Government doesn't fancy upsetting anyone's applecart. I also don't see the reason why the current set-up would sit and stare at our case for much longer, encouraging a potential legal matter, on an application that has clearly already over-festered. They could dispense with it very soon and use the job creation boon to their advantage, while keeping on the right side of the law. Only my thoughts.

Hi Goog. To be absolutely fair to us, I trust and hope a decision does come before the election. If post-election, could you imagine any reorganisation of parties then newly prevaricating over our application? Could take many more months. No thanks. Lol.

I would say also, that It depends if the Concession is approved with other positive known news to support it, e.g. fantastic scoping study results. So the rise is anyone's guess. It may not be a modest one, depending on other factors. Kurt won't give up on this, and we are majority Swedish owned, so I can't see the Company folding. He will always be able to raise the funds. The Swedes more familiar with and even perhaps resigned to the norm of their own bureaucratic shambles. They will wait! You mentioned the 17p nugget, just to rub it in I feel, a bit naughty of you, but no, if you are going to be like that, I wish I'd have sold out at 70p. :-)

Lb, you don't believe the Government will make a decision, but who else do you feel the Government could involve in our processs now then, by way of a delaying tactic? Or, in spite of Kurt publicly highlighting the ineptitudes of the system and our mistreatment, do you feel it'll be a case of the Gov dweebs simply sitting on the application for months again, without good reason, before eventually directing the MI to sign it off or otherwise? I'm interested to know what else you feel can be done to stall the process, now that we have all comments in and the CAB and MI have finally concluded their business. The Norra Karr issue also out of the way. Based on past evidence, I agree that we could be left dangling, but I'm trying to examine what may be a fresh deviation from the Government behaving responsibly towards a private company, considering the saturation point already reached, and on public display. Good post. If you've thought about the possibility of a perverse interpretation of the law, you won't be the only one, so it's precisely what the Government can't be seen to do. In my opinion. On we go.
