I only asked the question because of the potentially conflicting information that you had provided, after reading your earlier post today (yesterday now). I was surprised by it, after what you'd told me prior. But you have confirmed what you actually did, so cheers. If you choose to tell us about your holdings numbers, which you do, then it should be ok for people to ask questions if there are inconsistencies with the information that you provide. I'm not after an argument, I just wanted clarification. Best wishes.

Yes, it's a shame we can't talk about drilling and proving up the resource, us getting optimistic about the good stuff, the physical work, which used to be the happy norm. We have the Scoping Study results to come, but this licence red tape has really hampered our progress. I think we'll all be so pleased to see the decision outcome, for the saga to be done and dusted. Looking forward to that, but we don't know what else might pop up, that's the trouble. This permit processs was supposed to be straightforward and have taken about four years less than it has. Mentally drained is right. We've been real troopers here. I can understand why some of us oldies don't post often. It's too laborious at times. But at least we are still here Prof, as is the whopper in the ground. At some point too, our ANI might actually be worth something eh? Dunno. Best of luck to us.

Hi Ed. Just a point here. You mentioned earlier today that you had got fed up a while ago and sold the lot, then bought back in again after realising it wasn't a smart move to have sold. I think I remember that Ed, as you did a long goodbye post, then a hello again post a couple of days later. But, unless it's another time prior, I didn't think you'd completely sold out, because on the 1 July, your post to me stated that you had sold the majority, but had in fact still retained 1.1 million shares. So, had you completely sold out a long time ago prior to that date, bought back in again (which would explain today's post), then "almost" completely sold out on or around that date, except for the 1.1 million, or are you just getting really mixed up? Lol. Ka-Pow!

Any true exit may also depend upon whether they actually forget about you being marked for exit, if they really want you to go, or if they do remember that you should be going but aren't sure just why they asked you to go in the first place. Hi Ed. If Kurt can throw the Scoping Study results into the mix on or before the next deadline date for comments, all well and good. However, the Study Is scheduled for completion at the end of the month, not mid month, so the official report may or may not be ready before this latest comments deadline. Just a point. Taken from our 9 October 2017 RNS: "SRK has already commenced work, and completion of the Scoping Study is scheduled for the end of February 2018." Best not to pin our hopes on a perfect timing dovetail, but smashin'' if it does occur. Cheers bud.

Criteria forgotten long ago. Opinions and comments galore, but Kurt is now forced to sharpen his knives. I don't feel we'll need to take legal action, but he's making sure he's ready. It does appear to me that our application has unfortunately been chosen by the CAB, and all campaigners against mines in general, as a channel through which to make a firm stand against the Government mining policy. Only my thoughts, buy I don't believe that it is BEM specific, just mining specific. We have just been extremely unfortunate that it ihas been with our application and not with someone else's. Five years for a decision on a permit is an utter disgrace. Enough said. On we go.
